@Kristina255675 Mostly just legends. My grandmother said a woman murdered her child on the steps to the church, others said that it was used for witchcraft, others say the guy the blue eyed six murdered is buried in the cemetery. The place is just creepy because there's nothing around but the church.
your suppose to go down to the bridge with your car and turn your headlights off while going over it because your suppose to see a lady crossing with three children behind her. The only time I have ever seen anything at this place was 15 years ago with a ghost walking on the street. My friends and I also have been down at the old church for hours at night way back when I was a teenager and nothing interesting happened except MP's chasing us out of there.
we live about 15 mins from moonshine, in fredericksburp, just northeast of Jonestown. When my dad was a kid, him and his friends went back there at about 2:30 AM. They slown down, anout 10 miles an hour, and their engine shut off!
They pushed it about 10 feet from the end of the graveyard, and it just started! REALLY WEIRD!
the actual moonshine church is in the wooded area behind that newer looking church. they put that there for tourists and because the actual one has too much activity, i wouldn't recommend visiting the real one unless youre super stealthy
I went there shortly after getting a new Jeep. Went to leave, would not start. Had to call a tow truck, and it was a faulty computer module, on a Jeep only afew weeks old. Coincidence? It was a windy day and some grave stones fell over.
And as far as not supposed to being there. That No Tresspassing sign is probably more for people going there at night or loitering. Its a cemetery, and you can visit them. Just dont vandelise or go there after dusk.
Yeah, that house is creepy, been there about 6 times and saw some creepy things there. The last time was a crow sacrificed on a childs toy... fuckin weird. And yeah, haha lebnin! not le-ba-non. lol its so easy to pick out the out of towners, lol.
i was actually just there last night with a couple friends smashed and we walked behind the church trying to find the old one and saw nothing we went in the cemtary and still yet saw nothing and our car started up fine and never shut off, but yet i still want to go back to that area and check around cause there is other stories about hauntings there
i live like 10 or 15 min away from here. i never really got to do anything with it. but ive always wanted to do the thing at midnight where u go there. suposedly u see the eyes glowing in the windows. lmao i think its bs, but itd be so cool to try lol
I live about 10 minutes from Moonshine Church, in Jonestown Pa... and I can honestly say from numerous "experiences", that this is completely false.
I have always had a passion in the paranormal and when you actually take a look in the history of this place, the blue-eyed six is not burried there. They're actually in 6 different cemetaries.
Also, the only "myth" that has ever taken place is that a girl/women recited the lord's prayer backwards and was struck by lightning.
There are quite a few weird spots along Rte. 443. There is a place called Eddy Rares (sp) that was supposedly a stage coach stop, a bar and a brothel. It's a resident, but something strange is in that area. Other than the casino. Head a little further past Eddy's and the woods get uncommonly dark at night. And, don't forget to look up. Indiantown Gap has some strange things flying at night, or they're being visited.
i live right by here. Go here at night one time. Read about the blue eyed six and why this place is haunted. Cool vid. by the way they will chase you out of here at night
We used to go up there to get drunk when I was a kid, it's so creepy because there's nothing there. Did you hear the story about the woman who sacrificed her baby on the steps?
im related to Henry F wise from the blue eyed six!
