its interesting how everyone has different experiences during astral traveling. i had an obe the other day and found i was surrounded by spirits. one of them showed me how he sees the world. it was like a black void, with jus a few of the spirits lit up, he couldn't see all of them. i asked all the spirits around me is this why no one returns to the heavens above and jus reincarnates. how can they navigate the universe if they can't see it. the universe is a physical place.
since we were kids, we have been told that when we sleep we have "dreams" What if these have never been so called "dreams"?? We have been conditioned into believing that we just dream.That may not be the case at all. What if all this time you have been in your physical body and everytime its gone to sleep, you have been projecting your mind!
