@FuZeLegacys well that depends, i personally think you should go for the higher end model of the 15' since you are going to be doing photoshop and more importantly adobe after effects and cinema 4d. Though i would still recommend you to upgrade the RAM. as for playing games, you will be able to play most game out there full spec with the higher end Macbook. Yes its a little expensive but better in the long run
Can't wait to get this damn computer =3 It's gonna be like 2 in 1 when I partition a Windows 7 bootcamp. Windows for gaming and OSX for all my work and video editing [: Expensive as hell, but if I hang onto this thing for 5 years, which I most likely will, it works out to like $600 a year...not that bad I guess?
Which GPU is this? Intel HD Graphics 3000 with 384MB DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory or AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 1GB GDDR5 memory and automatic graphics switching?
@TheCas95 Yes this is on osx. The fps was around 30 but add another 6 or 7 because i used screenflow which hogged somewhat the memory. I will like my other vids do one without screenflow to show the actual fps. If you were to play it on windows through bootcamp the fps would be much higher on those settings probably be able to play on ultra...
@BIadeSnap because windows can utilise the graphics card better than osx can.
the other reason is because the game is originally MADE for windows and THEN PORTED to Mac, so playing it on the native OS will make the game run better
You know I like these videos however I think that yes, an HD camera would be better. Killing FPS with recording programs without getting too much screen clarity ain't worth it.
Where can I get the song in this video :D I know it's from the 6th season of Doctor Who, but it seems remade...

@zonesey I am positive that it is the 6750m being utilized. There is no way the HD 3000 could play SC2 with those settings.

@10529231 yeah, and with that little graphics memory...

why do you say sc2 will work a lot better under bootcamp?

Sry for the double post - but perhaps you could try SC2 again w/o screenflow? So that we can view the actual FPS :)
