This song has the same theme as Unmei no Ko Tachi but it's a separate song (obviously). The full OST isn't released yet since it's being released alongside the anime releases (which you can track here penguindrum.wikia(dot)com/wiki­/DVD_and_Blu-Ray ). Unfortunately, I can't check which episode this song appears in first so I don't know which release it'll be in, but I hope it's soon.
