Do you have any real friends? I realize it is tough finding them and keeping them, when you are so introverted. but seriously, that show sucked! Please do not turn on your TV for a couple of months, get out at least once a week, even it is to go to the library. Say hello to the librarians and ask them if they would be so kind to hand you a book. be sure to ask them what to do with it. Take care...I hope all goes well. Oh, maybe travel to far away land and meet some new people that understand!
