I've been very fortunate in the past six years to see wolverines twice while hiking. Once near Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies, and more recently near Mt Oberlin in Glacier Natl Pk.
Even managed to get pics of the second encounter...
@JayBennett1973 you can get a ferret. they are related to the wolverine, but are house pets. I have 3 =) but it depends where you live because they are illegal in some places. They look kinda like them, just way miniature.
Is the wolverine really capable of killing a large moose?? How is that possible? I know their tough as hell. But to kill a large moose or rain deer? I don't think so....
This is a very entertaining and enlightening book. My notion of the wolverine is changed radically because of it. A tough animal studied by a bunch of very tough scientists. I recommend it highly.

@TheLos1986 moose and deer are vegetarians. They're not built to fight against something as fierce as a wolverine.
