@de8struction it's the art and animation style, not the program. a lot of animators share styles and are inspired by one another

computers can't program animation styles

I can accept the minimal animation as style on a budget. Indeed it looks absolutely awesome. However the bit at 0:53 is just unforgivable. There must have been some production hiccup to cause that, even the cheapest scenes of Birdy looked more professional than that.

Oh well, still way better than the normal shounen looping colorful backgrounds and extended stills.

I think that they COULD make 0:53 better.....maybe they really had no time...cause normally..the animation director would correct such a scene.

This was crazy......good animator but on some scenes, it looks like they only drew 5 or 6 pictures for 1 second.

The last time I saw such a amateur looking animation was on Birdy the Mighty Decode....

Looks like this guys don't care about quality. But that must be the style of this scene. I haven't watched this anime...so....don't know much why they made it like this.

They style of this anime is to be VERY over the top and crazy, the animation is made to reflect it lol.
