Been so long, I just watched a back-to-back episodes last night So I'm not up to date. Last episode I saw before then was season 6 finale on re-run. So I had NO IDEA what was going on.

As a recent convert to this show, when I watch them I don't really deel that they have that romantic chemistry. Chemistry is usually what makes me ship a non-canon (or even canon) couple. I just don't feel like they have "it". That being said I think they do have a sweet friendship/partnership which and it's always interesting to watch. Not sure how I'd feel if they got together.

I fell in love with Lily cause she wasnt some tanned gorgeous women, the typical main character who is always amazingly tanned and blonde ( no offence to blondes, my mums blonde herself)

But Lily was beautiful in her own way, she has an amazing smile and gorgeous eyes and skin tone is stunning and natural and in a strange way she gets away with being pale beautifully.
