  • Hello there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • I'm actually really young, some might say too young to be worrying about my weight. I don't weigh much, but I'd like to keep my body healthy with fun excersises, and this video was very helpful for that.

  • @MissKuriosity Eating nothing but Special K products wouldn't help. To be honest, ONLY doing this exercise won't help you lose weight. Mix it up with walking and other exercises. Be sure to eat healthy! Do NOT starve yourself; eat plenty of veggies and fruit, stay hydrated, eat foods that are high in fiber to feel full for longer, and be sure to get protein. Solely eating Special K products for a week or two isn't a permanent solution; once you go back to eating normally, you'll gain weight.

  • is it ok to fast and do these exercises?

    by fasting i dont mean total starvation, i mena very small amounts of high energy food, like lentils, potato, peanuts, bananas, ect?

  • @mcjeb What kind of weight loss are you attempting to accomplish by eating very small amounts of these so-called "high-energy" foods? Any weight loss you would experience from ONLY consuming those small amounts wouldn't be permanent. You'd have to maintain that diet for the rest of your life if you didn't want to gain more weight, which wouldn't be healthy. Variety is the key. You don't have to starve yourself in order to lose weight.

  • I have a question and I need an answer.My muscles get used very quickly with any type of exercise.I have tried many exercises and after 4-5 days of losing wight, it just stops and I remain with the same weight.What should I do to avoid the habit of my body with the amount of exercises I do?   • this was the best one for me I am 50 4 kids and upper abs are the worst although I do have lower belly too and crunches are just too hard plus I have a bad back siatica and this didn't realy hurt that much and I could just about do it all I am 5'8 130 lbs so wieght isn't realy a problem thank you so much for this video it just might change my life

  • Hi, just wanna ask..what kind of food I should avoid?...I eat rice for lunch sometimes and sometimes I skip dinner but the result are same,zero!!..Iam sure this exercise would work but Iam worried about my diet.Can you help me with that??..thanks.

  • @Bufurzone Dont skip any meals, that will do more to your body than good.

    Try to reduce as many fats from your diet, especially if you have a slow metabolism. If you're American that's hard. Please don't work your abdominals alone, try to work all the major muscles of your body. In addition do some aerobic excercises, that will help you to burn the fat from your Abs

  • @Bufurzone You also wantr to make sure youre eating whole grains, fruits, vegetables and a lot of protein.

    Result always come with consistency. If you do these ab exercises every week, 3x every week, you will see results. Of course you have to make good decisions about what you eat too. Eating fast food and cookies every day are bad decisions and will hurt results you could get from doing your ab exercises every week.

    After doing these exercises 3x a week for 2 months (maybe after 1 month) you'll be able to the harder intermediate routine.

    Keep exercising, its the best thing you can do.

  • @nzshah1 you also have to be patient. The weight wont shed off in one week. Dont use the scale as your main source to see if youre losing weight. Use your pants to determine if you've lost weight.

  • @Uhhlaneuh How do you use your pants? You mean if you see/notice your pants get baggy-er?

  • someone asked if there is an easier way to do the half roll back exercise here.

    yes there is. #1 you can brace your feet under a couch or have someone hold your feet. #2 you can round forward instead of starting tall at the beginning of movement, that way the spine is already flexed and then you would lean backward only as far you can hold the rounded spine.

  • I always suggest 2 -3 times a week, your muscles will become familiar with the alignment and control faster. Thanks for the question : )

  • ok, doing everything was fine, but rolling like a ball was hard for me because I gave birth c-section and my back just hurt.( the place where i had the epidural) should I continue or not?
