Another inspirational person is Ben mcbean who lost an arm and a leg in Afghanistan but he still ran in pain. It took him 6 hours. Like Phil Packer he also did it for Help for Heroes

A fantastic video which captured the London Marathon 2009 perfectly.
Would I run it again?
YES! Why? Because the crowds support was totally unexpected and overwhelming which carried me through. A BIG thanks to you ALL!
