  • First time I made pumpkin pie (which was yesterday), it turned out beautifully. The crust looks delicious and it didnt burn at all. :) Very happy on the way it turned out. On this recipe, I used 1/4 tsp of ginger instead, a little bit of vanilla, and 1 1/4 cups of sugar (my boys like it on the sweet side. lol) Thanks for the recipe!

  • @beautifulgreen93 I have to 'cause there is no canned pumpkin in Portugal. But then again Portugal sucks 'cause this country only imports s*** instead of good stuff like canned pumpkin, corn syrup, candy melts, shortening and a lot of other stuff I would love to have around!

  • The can pumpkin does not come close to tasting the same as fresh pumpkin.

  • This was my first pumpkin pie from scratch and it turned out delicious. I used frozen pie crust and I didn't puree my pie goo and it still turned out great. And it really does look just perfect! Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe.
