  • If the Fed is private, why did "shareholders" only get $1.6 billion in dividends while the US Treasury received $78.4 billion in 2010?

Have you seen the Fed's URL? LOL!

  • OMFG THIS GUY IS FUCKIN UGLY

  • HR 1207 which puts forward a MANDITORY auditing of the Fed in 2010 is currently in committee and will be in the House for a vote very soon! Even if Dr. Paul is unsuccessful in his quest to audit the fed, he has certainly made people who had no idea what it was, very aware of the mere danger of it and what it stands for. If HR 1207 passes through the House and Senate and Obama does not sign it tells us 1 thing - he is a part of the private, unconstitutional monopoly that is the Federal Reserve!

  • END THE FED!!!!!

  • Double Troubled.... I don't think you get it. You guys listen up. END the fed might be a good idea, but it won't end up like we think. The fed will end alright, and it may be a lot easier done because THEY will help us end it, then they will set up the ONE WORLD BANK.... the fed just showed it's size. MONEY isn't going to matter when there is a one world currency... paper at first, then CHIPS

  • This is one of the MOST important messages on the INTERNET...

PRIVATE UNACCOUNTABLE UNTRANSPARENT FEDERAL RESERVE BANK of New York...

Note the Chief Shareholder is David ROCKEFELLER of 146 East 65 Street, NY 10021...

Check out JEKYLL Island meeting wjere it was arranged to set up the FED on the demise of the US Supreme Court ruling of Standard Oil and ALL its entities...

  • A few members of the House and Senate have attempted a few times to place a Bill in congress allowing the audit of the Federal Reserve. Each time it was brought up, Obama and Pelosi tabled the measure and refuse to bring it up for debate.

  • BTW, Grayson is a Democrat from Florida.

  • STFU Dick Face!!!!

  • End the FED!!!

    End the FED!!!

    End the FED!!!

    End the FED!!!

    End the FED!!!

  • It's the other way around: According to the constitution paper money is forbidden, so they created a private entity (in name) to print paper money.

But since you and I can not start a central bank and we would be stopped by government violence if we did, it has the characteristics of a government institution (monopoly-> decreasing quality, increasing costs). In all countries they fake CB 'independence' to maintain some credibility. Image what would happen if congres owned the printing press.

  • The constitutional authority of Congress is to provide a currency for the whole country is now firmly established..

By the constitution of the United States , the several states are prohibited from coining money, emitting bills of credit, or making anything but gold and silver a tender of payment of debts.

But no mention can be inferred from these to deny Congress either of these powers"

    Juilliard v. Greenman, 110 U.S. 421, 446 (1884)

    There goes your little theory.

  • you mean the supreme court stopped sticking to the constitution before the FED was there?

Anyway, it is still run as a monopoly protected by state violence, which gives it it's characteristics

  • i know exactly what the change will be......

    muhuhuhahahaaaaaaaa

    not good not good ;(

  • the change? easy. the fed has worked towards becoming a more important lender of last resort for many years, for example by encouraging banks to operate without reserve requirements. hence the fed knew it would become necessary for it to buy commercial papers and other loans. it's becoming a bad bank. at some point in time the fed would have to sell all its bad assets back to the market, and, alas, should the market not want them, a new international central bank will be required. surprise.

  • of course the fed is private..constitutional laws dont apply

  • Saw your link to the Fed chairman's grilling. That was a riot! Do you even know your own name Madam IG.

Then I swear a 1:50 Ithought I saw her assitant use an expletive. What a joke!

  • LOL, I finally figured out how Mike reminds me of.

Search YouTube for "Gary Wright - Love Is Alive (Midnight Special, 1976)"

    Excellent song, too! Go Mike!

  • ROFL - well the hair is better than Carl Sagan's!!!

Might just have to feature this vid on my channel now ;)

    Peace and Love!

  • Hey man, you better not be dissing Carl! :-O

    5 stars btw :)

  • not diss'ing nobody LOL - however, Carl really should have let his hair grow longer... a way better mad scientist "look" ;-)

  • Thanks for sharing this. That Fed reserve vid is nothing short of being laughable, I cant believe how unprepared the Inspector was, in her illustrious position of significant irresponsibility.

We need more people like you, Mike to peculate the truth up to the surface; I thank you for taking the time out to put these vids together, youre a white knight of truth in a sea of disinformation, stupidity and absurdness. Much thanks.

  • Mike, did you see the article about Moody's possibly downgrading the Triple A rating of the US? I found it on the Financial Times site but can't read the whole article , I don't have a subscription.

  • PM the link... btw, just create a new account attached to a new email LOL

  • Never mind - got it

The trick is to have multiple hotmail accounts LOL

  • (On my blog if you wish to read it)

  • I wonder if we will ever see them all at once.

    All these different Mikes.

I mean, its not the same bloke every time, is it ?

Its nearly the same, perhaps his brother or something, or perhaps 3 or 4 of them. And sometimes he's got long hair, and sometimes its short !!

  • Just like Clark Kent LOL! ;-) (and NO I am NOT reinhardt! He told me off today anyway - blah!)

  • Thanx mike. This is a great comment thread for this video. Read on folks.

  • The financial system must be prepared for future crises, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner said this morning to a group of community bankers in Washington, D.C.

..AND we don't discriminate against floating corpses.

Geithner also said that smaller banks, those with assets of less than $500 million, will be able to apply for Troubled Asset Relief Program funds. Treasury still has $109.6 billion in bailout funds remaining, Geithner said.

  • ..... The British Crown, or Rome inDirect.

And the deal Caradacus made with the Romans was that we brits can never fight the Romans on British soil, ever again. And thye cant attack us.

But the spanish could, and if there were any Romans on those ships, we couldnt have resisted them, once on british soil.

So we sank them in the sea (lol).

As i say though, it could all be british myth, rather than hardcore history, so please RESEARCH !

  • But, to go the whole hog, would be to suggest that Jesus was the Chief Rabbi of the Essenes, and married Mary Magdalen (British Princess), then got stoned to death, for spreading the Judaic secret mysteries to the profane (us).

But, please, I have no idea if any of this is true, so please check it out for yourselves. All i will say is, American banks funded the nazis, and there are mahny other instances of such things.

AND, u will find that all these private fed companies are on licence from

  • To be honest, i learned more form my school chums, than i eve have from any news. It was a private school, and very royalist.

According to the old boy types of birmingham, we in britain are still answerable to Rome.

The Catholic church was seperated but the banks wern't. To seperate all banks from rome, would have been to bankrupt us. So many other countries were in the Roman banking system (IMF nowadays), that you could fight a war, but still be banking with them.

    Like the Rotschilds, today.

  • Its a media shift. The focus now is the problems with the Fed Reserve. Thats true. The media will then stear public opinion towards a solution. A new currency, more centralised world goverment and IMF powers. Problem reaction solution.

  • ...akin to an IV drip filled with koolaid.

  • the news about the "federal reserve" was deliverd by alex jones not to long ago also.

he is now banned from you tube. be carefull xd

  • Whats the deal with the "Bank of England" ?

    Who owns that?

  • I have known for ages that the Fed is privately owned, which I think is amazing how a "company" can simply create money out of thin air and then lend us that money with interest which will be paid back in real money which simply cant happen... Its impossible to pay back £50 with interest if only £50 ever existed in the first place, a complete scam...

  • ...and the MSM keeps it all divided and conquered w/these so-called differing party philosophies.

The one thing that is killing the u.s. are people with their singular issues feeding this machine when it is crushing all of us.

Perhaps a good depression might get people working together for a change.

  • Fully agree

    With recession comes reading lol

  • Speaking of congress, although all 3 houses are supposedly dem expect nothing but theater. Bluedogs cancel every effort in favor of a blanket agenda that wins every time.

ie., what passes congress gets hung up in the senate 45-15 dem side (15 bluedogs). Theater.

    Outkome for the people: 0+0=0.

The name of the game is how to USE the public for their own ends. Rethug, Dem, one and the same.

  • Lest we forget Obama may choose as many as 3 new supreme ct justices. At least 2.

Expect whatever creates a predictable outcome, regardless of singular choices (appearances) it will be stacked.

    Pity that one humanitarian.

  • And with that, they'll destroy whatever is left of the Constitution.

  • ...as well as themselves.;}

  • I must have missed your report on the last Reinhardt prediction.

    Thanks for the updates!

  • Pimpin shirt Mike. Thought I would say something off the wall

  • ROFL - England football shirt... not that I ever play football, but it is rather comfy!

  • I am glad you talked about this dude.

Eustace Mullins was destroyed for publishing his views on the Fed, he went too far actually exposing it.

There is a bit of history of Mullins and Erza Pound, very interesting if you have time to read.

    Peace. :)

  • In glod we trust.

  • Many people are starting to actually think for themselves. I think you are right on as usual - we will be getting our new world currency - whether we like it or not.

  • i think the info about the federal reserve is all of a sudden in the media, is for a reason, the same goes why it's circulating on the internet so much.

    why ??

    divide and conquer !

    think about it

  • Well spotted Mike..great video.

  • GUESS WHAT MIKE ? I'M NOT PANICKED. Maybe it's time for you to come up with new material ???

  • Right! We need cool heads to prevail over idiocy. We shouldnt panic. They hope this stuff hits us in the middle of the forehead and we freeze into inaction. Well not I. thanks for the little reminder. Awesome!!

  • My comment did come off sarcastic. I know Mike is an intelligent guy and I respect him. I'm also afraid that he's probably right on most points. Scarry world..........

  • You are too funny!! Now stop doing that youre making me crazy!!! I do get a little defensive sometimes.

    Did you notice my sarcasm?

    Peace!

  • I actually like the phrase "Don't panic". It reminds me of the old Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series.

In those stories, no matter how much trouble the heroes found themselves experiencing, they could always turn to their trusty galactic encyclopedia with friendly letters spelling out "Don't Panic" on the cover.

    "Don't Panic"....It's good advice.

  • My congressman just sent me an e-mail and he tells me that "The Federal Reserve Bank is not a private bank. It's governors are subject to Senate approval....and it's actions must be secret to prevent political manipulation."

    Ha!

  • There's a PBS special with an Alan Greenspan interview where he basically says The Fed is above the law and does what it wants. It's just never had to yet since government has been in sync with it.

  • Remember - which 'Fed'. The Federal Reserve Board is made up of 12 "Federal Reserve Banks"; all of whom have private share holders.

Most likely your man at the congress doesn't see beyond the first layer... or understand the history; for how many do?

    Peace

  • I'd like to know who your congressman is...if you feel like sharing. I'll understand if you don't.

I get emails from the GOP...they all seem to contain dire predictions about the state of our country.

  • Congressman Thompson Democrat, 1st district of California. He's a good guy, against the Iraqi War, actually answers my letters, but I don't think he's read "Jekyll Island."

  • I think the big news is the Trillions of dollars of bad debt held by Freddie and Fannie. Could be they cant keep it under wraps any longer with their off balance sheet accounting methods and zero oversight.

Also have you noticed Acorn is being investigated? Seems lots of money has been funneling into that organization. I wonder if any of that money ended up someplace it was not supposed to.

  • Don't ignore medicare and social security - a number of big pieces in MSM recently

  • Thanks, I'll definately check out those links!

  • Listen to this lady, she is a really smart one... She plays in the same division as Peter Schiff.

  • What is meant by "it's coming", why is this said at the end of every one of his videos? "it" could mean my anything. So if anything major happens, he can always say.. see.. I said 'it' was coming. wanna-be prognosticator if you ask me. If he does get something right, he just deletes all the videos were he was wrong.

  • Maybe he means the New World Order where everyone in every country is control by one government. Or at least that's how the conspiracy theories go. Obama, though, just doesn't seem to be the type of person who would allow or do such things.

  • He is "those" things...

  • In the history of the US there has never been a man more likely to follow progressivism than Obama. Progressivism is a soft form communism. I think communist ideas and principles are threatening our freedoms. Karl Marx and his political belief in "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need." will lead to everyone creating need to get what they want. Those with ability will also create need. Why bless us with their innovation and work when the state owns their effort.

  • You obviously dont watch mike often. He makes no claims to see into the future. However for fun we have been following this guy Reinhardt who does make prediction based on knowledge he has from working inside. He has made some startling predictions. If Reinhardt says something big is happening in May then there is a good chance something may. So anyway dont read too much into it. Mike reads a ton and gists it for us. Thats the value of his channel.

  • I think if you check you will find every video I have done since late December; except for 2 or 3 that YouTube told me were in violation of copyright and are now private (but if you really want to see I could add you to private viewer list). I have nothing to hide... it is a learning experience for everyone, including me.

    Peace

  • If they're letting the cat out of the bag about actually being a private institution, then perhaps they want the people to demand a genuine Federal Bank rather than a private one as they see more benefit or power in it for them? Isn't that 'Nationalization'? like Nouriel Roubini and Nassim Taleb talk about?

  • Not everyone who realizes that 2+2 usually equals 4 under most conditions, is a wanna-be prognosticator.

Mike does the research. He shares his sources. He wants you to make up your mind for yourself.

I know, I know...when something is uncomfortable to hear it is easy to criticize the messenger. Being critical is a diversion that helps us feel safe and in control while we ignore the warning signs.

To quote a great guy....."think about things".

  • aw3212 has the right idea.

The US is being devoured by the federal government. They're destroying everything in their path.

    STATES RIGHTS.

  • And they will disguise one world government in the idea of 1) saving the planet via green and 2) technology has made it so that we should all unite because the "world" is smaller.

I'm 27, and if I live 40 years more, I think I will see one world government, whether it's peaceful or military as far as takeover.

  • You republicans amuse me. You'll do anything to win anywhere.

  • Read Atlas Shrugged. Wake up!!! This has absolutely nothing to do with Dems or Reps and everything to do with your personal liberty, Education and your personal wellbeing. We are a stones throw away from 1984 like society.

  • Dude!! I hope your wrong but I'm afraid you might be right. The EU stuff blows me away. The IMF stuff has me speechless. The seemingly deliberate destruction of our economy has left me dumb struck. Seriously 24 months ago who would have seen this stuff coming?

Dems and Reps need to stand up and take back our country. The Gov owns us.

  • hey Mike just a thought, hows your research on the true independence of America going, The stuff i read was pretty interesting, maybe all americans should start flying the peacetme flag?

  • I wish I could be a fly on the wall at this years Bilderberg meeting...Investment wise it would be like getting your hands on that sports almanac from that back to the future movie...lol.

  • That fly could never produce as many maggots as bilderbergers.

Where is that well aimed astreroid we ordered?

  • With the oil it's interesting that if you were paying in gold it has not changed in price in i don't know how long, it's just the fluctuations of the dollar

  • It's very hard getting anyone to believe anything you say, without sounding like a nut. We all know we have done the research, but try telling someone a basic fact; say you're media is owned by 9 conglmerates or just the basics on how a banks works and that's it suddenly you're bloody david icke. I hate the word conspirocy i prefer the word skepticle, it seems that very few people questions

    (present company not included)

  • Search utube for

greenspan fed reserve (above the law)

    Have you seen that one?

  • so do you still believe Reinhardt's predictions are accurate? DOW up 50 today. Big news that the banks know, but the market doesn't? I doubt that. WHEN are we geting this big news - yet another teaser from Reinhardt.

All this money to bailout all these banks and noone is or can account for it. Let me say that I know 100% I do not or will not benefit from these bailouts in any way ever...ok thats one down.

  • He usually calls it over a time period, with a start date. The Feb 9 was a down, March 15 was an up; this looks like a down week(s) call to me. Watch GM over the weeks (and don't forget little 'ole GMAC)

As I don't have a sub, I don't know the exact things he's calling; and if I did, I wouldn't talk anyway... but there do appear to be a number of folks making money off his calls

  • Damn

  • Mike, I told you several videos back that the history and research has already been documented in the documentary movie, "Ring Of Power" on Google video and Its free to watch. GOOGLE IT NOW!

  • you always keep me on my toes

  • Alan Grayson is awesome. He's from Florida and we should call his office and thank him.

    check Grayson asking questions:

    watch?v=PXlxBeAvsB8

  • On Bloomberg today (MSM channel!) the host said it was becoming very clear the views on the state of the economy and where we are heading has become very polarized between the economists and the group that includes the Government, Fed, Treasury, Banks. The economist group sees huge problems ahead for housing, jobs, the dollar, inflation, the stock market and economy. The other group sees "green shoots" and signs of bottoming. Really now, which group would an intelligent person believe?

  • So the big american banks, and UBS started the "non-displayed liquidity veneus" I think to make some profits, but i might be mistaken.

Somehow i have the feeling i am not going to profit from those financial products.

  • northern union for you with a new currency

and for us in uk with our government being destabilised with there resent antics, i think the euro - probabley short term

  • Thank you for your latest deep thoughts, Mike.

I may vote UKIP this year!. It could make a difference?.

I am unable to put my finger on exactly why, but you seem much more real and focused when you do video's from the UK base.

I think maybe it's because you seem more..... dreary and depressed?, how very British of you!.

Yes.. I am actualy English (and proud to be so), guys!, before half of you attack me for that comment.

  • A One World Currency exists allready. It's called an SDR and it was put into place at the recent G20 meeting. So - it is here, and it is only a matter of time (much time, in all likelihood) until it is here...

  • What are you wearing -- a soccer (football) jersey?

  • public/privet = legal/illegal

  • Ok, Reinhart wasn't right. And any mystery around the Federal Reserve being a private bank isn't a mystery at all. The whole world knows that the Federal Reserve is on it's way out, to be replaced by the IMF. Why the IMF? To level the playing field for all countries of the world to trade in different currencies and away from the US dollar. Once this takes place, the Federal Reserve will not be needed.

  • One world currency here it comes!!

  • The Federal Reserve is the IMF and also the World Bank which backs all other central banks with Special Drawing Rights or SDR's. If the Federal Reserve Bank did not exist, it would not matter since all central banks are in general owned by the same people....such as Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan. And for a fact, we Never needed the Federal Reserve, they needed us.

  • SDR's will never become more public than they have been in the past. Special Drwaing Rights backstop Central Banks, by being printed out of thin air. The World Bank owns all countries due to them providing this backstop to the Central Banks which in return purchase debt from all countries. SDR's are not for the common man. We will see a new currency/currencies by a different name.

  • Mike, I just realized you actually said "Holy, Moley!:) exciting stuff, isn't it? :)

  • I asked an American that lives in Holland, what he was thinking of helicopter Ben.

"Helicopter Ben?". That is Ben Bernanke i said. "Ben Bernanke?".

    And so on.

  • Ask them what the three branches of gov't are too. They won't know, very scary!

  • My usual five stars. I used to be the paralegal for the New York Fed. When I asked questions, I got some pretty vague answers.

  • Were you a GS federal civil servant or employed by the private sector ? Thanks.

  • I don't remember. I am sorry.

  • thats some bad Jooo Jooo

  • wait... how was reinhart right?

  • No one quite knows. Cryptic teasers are energy vampires.

Dates come & go like ghosts don't they.

  • Mike I was NOT implying you are said vampire.

They are my pet peeve this time around.

I just scraped one off, in fact.

So Reinhardt puts out a teaser and we wait 2 weeks. I wish the chap would be straightforward...people drive me nuts as it is.

Kissinger in China...wonder if he's riding on brittle old Mr. Nixon's coattails.

    Gosh, I am so resentful.

    Sorry!

  • Yeah but Bloomberg's generally got issues. think the dude is trying to get further up the illuminous chain or pissed off that he cant, but his wandering hands left too many dodgy stories behind. Wonder how well his termanal is selling these days. Easy to be a speculator when the market only goes in one direction. BTW is that an england shirt your wearing?

  • Details, does the American public really need to know where 9 trillion dollars went?

No one said anything when the Fed printed up $1.25 trillion a few weeks ago during the swine flu scare.

I asked people at work here and they really don't give a shit.

  • In regards to your 'public opinion poll' at work, I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

    :)

  • I decided to expand my mini opinion pole and ask the question....

The Federal Reserve Printed 12 trillion dollars last year and the government has no idea where it went, because there is nothing anyone can do about it do you care?

Only one person out of 37 did care and understood the ramification of such a revelation. Hyperinflation.

It's game over for all of us.

  • I agree and understand. But until it happens, we must keep trying to do what we can to improve the future for our children.

    God bless.

  • ...well at least you asked.

  • I think that we should know. Ignorance is bliss, and I wouldnt want a small bissfull bunch to make any decisions for me. When they are devalueing the currency that I go to work and earn everyday. I think I want to know who that money is going too.

Unless I'm part of that blissfull bunch that only cares about shiny objects and the newest electronical doo dad. Then I guess I wouldnt care because I would be in effect what most people in that category are "brain dead"

  • Change= World bank.

The Fed know people are wise to them now and are going to blame the Fed for what lies ahead.

I may be wrong, what do you think Mike?

  • I know you didn't ask me but believe you are right the Fed is about to reinvent itself in bigger, metastiscised ways to wrap it's parasitic tooth-rimmed mouth around and suck the life out of europe & n. america & legtrap loans to countries in a bad spot.

WB could be the Fed refuge & players now trillions richer w/our $, enter int'l capitalists buying up our resources.

    Neat trick.

Does China, S. america & Russia have a checkmate?

(I do NOT entirely know what I'm talking about)

  • Kissinger was in China yesterday...

  • Is China our new daddy?

  • NO.

I bet 1 dollar that china will democratise before it would be a world police force.

  • What? *kaf wheeze* China will never give up all those billions worth kameras & state of the art surveillance equip which now dot every sq ft since the Olympics they forgot to remove.

China may buy the world a Coke, but a democracy? There are no more democracies...maybe Norway despite the queenie (not so loud).

I was sort of jesting, I didn't think china would take a world police role.

However I believe we are not far from stepping on their toes in Africa or S. America...Russians touchy.

  • Interesting, luv the work you do. Want to mention: US FED is part owner of the BIS, Bank of Int Settlements, which is the banking arm of the IMF; ie United Nations. BIS is of course private as well and is owned by some old families as well as nominal ownership participation of the various central bank members... Here's a mind bender: moneys leant by the FED and other central banks to countries are borrowed from the BIS... Meaning that ultimately, all wars etc are financed (both sides) by same...

  • The dollar has broken through all of its key support levels, and on a techinical analysis is poised to move down sharply. Gold, oil, and most of the other commodities are poised to move up. Inflation is here, and the dollar is in for rough times.

  • if oil and then as a result gas goes way back up here is the US it will absolutely KILL any remaining life in our economy; but I see $100/barrel VERY soon.

  • Unlikely... that would give too much power back to the Gulf states and OPEC. OIL will stay artificially lower than where it should be...

BTW; watch today - Monday was the warmup I feel. GMAC / GM to go... Never mind the REITs.

    Peace

(BTW this is from me, not r~, although he is calling similarly)

  • right you are...I have sorta squashed R in previous posts, but maybe I should be squashed ; ) GM (a penny stock - terrible) is definately done, I agree about REITs too. CRE is just getting killed right now and the balloon loan problems haven't even really started

I still think oil 100 is possible - perhaps more as a reflection of the dollar

  • The funny thing is - the dollar is rising again? Oddities everywhere!!! The market is fixed I'd say.

Oil is so manipulated it really isn't funny... there is so much more excess inventory; there is no way the 'official' inventories report is 100% correct. There are oil tankers floating all over the world - full of oil that no one is taking. It's all a game :)

  • the dollar rising makes no sense, geez.

I didnt realize there was so much excess inventory still. I think the gov knows that high oil would destroy us - but so do our enemies. who knows, I give up.

I think the only certainty is that the dollar will eventually fail. The spending/creating is just to great. Now Healthcare for everyone that noone can pay for - more taxes, more printing. Our interest spending is to high to ever make headway. How long will it last?

  • yay mike

  • ohhh nooo

    schnauzers

    don't like

    change

  • graysonforcongressdotcom I though grayson was a Democrat. Well no matter. Reinhardt mentioned May 11th as a big day. Maybe I misread the tealeafs he left.

  • Mike, have you read "Web of Debt" by Ellen Brown? It's also about the Federal Reserve and just came out in 2007 & updated in 2008. She proposes some solutions, but I haven't finished the book yet. She has speeches on YT and her own website with the first chapter posted online.

Catherine Fitts was Former assistant Secretary of Housing for the Bush Admin - 1st. term.

You'll be amazed at what she has to say.

Be patient, the Video gets REALLY interesting after the first 10 minutes.

  • Most Americans are oblivious to the fact they are being robbed. The sad part is our own government is betraying the people.

  • yes i agree with you that i an american is being robbed as well as most of us but there is nothing short of war to solve the problem and i am sorry that your government is in on it too, as a world we need to unite to stop them what do ya say brother

  • Talking about Robbery ...

... do a google search for

"Holding GM Debt? Gubbermint Is Robbing You!"

there is a local news guy here in Puerto Rico doing a series exactly on this on the TV and Radio. my dad was freaking out (he's starting to believe me because I now have this uncanny ability to predict the future; thanks to RJ and EC)

Well I though exactly this. either this guy is looking to get his neck shaved or he got authorized to spill the beans.

  • I have donated Griffin's book on Jekyll Island to 5 friends so far .... 3 in English and 2 in German.

I think it's important that people understand how the banking system developed.

In the US, there has been a constant fight between "gold backed money" and "fiat money" for over 300 years. Supposedly even presidents have been assasinated because of this.

The Gold standard would have worked if the banks hadn't found a "new" way of fooling the system.

  • Apparently, when the banks had the Gold standard, an approved auditor was sent to the banks periodically to check how much gold they had .

The banks got round it by moving a pot of physical Gold minutes before the auditor arrived.

So liitle did he know that he was counting the "same gold" each time !

Pretty funny if it wasn't so serious !

    ;-)

  • "The banks got round it by moving a pot of physical Gold minutes before the auditor arrived."

pretty much summed up what the shadow banking system does today. Except of course there are no auditors, deregulation ftw.

  • i would really like to hear more about this help a brother out

  • The state cannot under contitutional law assume control over the issuance of paper currency that is why the Federal reserve system exists in it's current form, I think the reason they are stressing that the Federal Reserve system is a privately owned entity is because they want to clarify in a climate of increasing coorperation with the government that they are indeed they're own entity, they are asserting their independence to avoid such a suit.

  • Hey brother mike! Two things do you subscribe to half past human? And will you please complain to ballsillie and the boyz that your vids don't play anymore on my BlackBerry 8130 ? Please ? I miss ya bro!

  • If Jekyll Island is where they would like to be, let's round them up and send them there.

  • Privatly owned printing companies, printing nothing of value and we give them our future for it. How people of the future will laugh at us and our stupidity and love for STUFF(eg things with no real value).

  • Thanks for keeping us posted....the rabbit hole is VERY DEEP>>>>>

  • I think the opposite. I think that the debt is going to be individualized.

Currently, the debt is a public debt owed by the public to a private entity. If there is a change, it will be no longer a public debt but an individualized debt owed by each of the US citizens.

  • You are correct - it already is; they just don't know it... but they will soon.

  • dont they have that "public countermeter" in some city that shows nation total debt and debt by person?

  • Any evidence of this happening in history? because it would mean instant civil war. The illusion of it being "government" debt is useful, unless of course civil war is the intended outcome.

  • Collected how?

  • "Collected how?" I dont understand the question. But I'll try an answer: probably collected through the means private debt is collected: it can go like forced sales of assets, seizure on wages etc... I did not understand the question because there is private debt and it is collected so...

  • Any gov't needs cooperation of citizenry to function. Such blatant actions by feds would cause their own demise.

More likely selling off nat'l lands and assets from under us to int'l buyers.

    A second revolution is inevitable.

  • I agree with the bit that government needs cooperation from citizens to stand.

But where did you get the idea that the citizens are going to be united on this topic? The situation is plain: some people benefit from society more than others. Some enjoy all the advances made available by society, others dont.

Of course, when the debt turns private, it will be on equal terms, meaning that people who benefited the most are going to pay the less. It is going to be a very good bargain.

  • Among the many things valuable I learned from the internet, there is this one: current general mindset is dominated by "better them than me" approach. People predicted vast uprisings with this economic crisis. Not me. Because people are driven by "better them than me" approach.

There are huge changes made explicit currently in our countries. Even with them, there will be no revolution in sight.

    Dont hold your breath.
