Wasn't used in the fallout series because the songs there are not supposed to be about war and nuclear weapns, so I say his songs (while great) do not fit in the fallout world.

i thinks its the whole hollow happiness of the songs in the bleak setting, and yes it does take place in the east but i think the whole nuclear theme is considered more important than the east-west thing, and you are right it would be awesome.
