Porto Santo is truly magic! You have to go there to experience it. It is truly one of the last if not the last paradise in Europe. Let's hope that development won't destroy what is an unique island! But let's put things right. Cristovao Colombo (Christopher Columbus) did live in Porto Santo and there are plenty of records. He married the daughter of the Captain of Porto Santo and is first son was also born in Porto Santo.
