Exactly. I grew up in Texas. Everything's bigger there, especially the racism (I'm Hispanic). I just think it's a load of BS to praise a country that many Americans have never even set foot on. Some kids just need to lay off the anime and focus on what's real.

It's not like the teachers don't try to teach here. America is all about choice. If want an education here, it ISN'T HARD to get. If you want to be lazy though, it isn't hard either... Too many people choose the latter decision :(

Any school system is a two-way street. I don't think there's any country in the world that allows so much leniency towards stupid behavior and general apathy. It's the students' choice and many make the wrong choice. My issue with getting an education here in the US was that the classes were forced to go the speed of the slowest student. It's not fair to say that the teachers are bad when their hands are tied like that.

This is what I can infer, just from watching. The high pitched beeping is a series of 16 pitches that are either low or high, a.k.a. on/off in binary code. Each pattern we hear is different, and it's probably what's telling all the cubes to change to a new visual pattern. Each visual pattern responds to the ambient sound differently, and I'll bet that the cubes are all numbered individually to allow for the visual patterns that have them light up sequentially. Really cool system!
