i found this out after losing to him a bunch of times. At first i couldn't shoot it fast enough and then i assumed that it would stay there so i just killed myself. Then a couple times later i just stayed there and it disappeared! And just now i was at the beginning of the bowser part and all of a sudden when i go to the end he just dies!
lol so did i, then i watched a video of the shooting way to kill him, and i was like "wtf, o well" and still to this day, i can't seem to shoot fast enough to kill him :(
