I agree with the Legal tip, but the other two I don't. I teach my son (8 yrs) outside, inside, up in his room, or at the dining room table. The change of pace helps him keep his interest. And time is another thing we're flexible with. Sometimes we do six hours, other days we do four hours, and those can be broken up through the day.
I like the video, but would've liked an explanation as to why you said the other two tips.
