i have a couple questions. the wushu tornado looks like a feilong. is tht wat it is? cuz if it then im good on tht part cuz i can do a feilong AND a taekwondo tornado but is a parafuso basically a feilong with both feet brought together halfway before landing? cuz thts how it seems, correct me if im wrong plz

kendrazoltan--if you mean "armada dupla", that would be a double-leg in tricking, and it is a different move (slightly):

In parafuso--the whole point is exactly what Sessh shows... that the first leg crescent kicks ALONE... and is followed up by the second leg--and THEN both legs follow through together.

In d-leg/armada dupla, both legs are supposed to go through _from start to finish_ TOGETHER. And usually w/ more of a pop setup.

Slight variations are part of the fun of tricking.

just a tip for all you guys:

nobody taught me how to do a parafuso. all you need to perform it are some good hops and an understanding of how to gain enough torque for the move. and then you just need to practice. make sure to swing your arms when you go into the kick. :]

there are many different styles/groups and their terms vary. but if a parafuso is done of one leg for you [your group, whatever], then an armada dupla is done off of both legs and most commonly landed on both legs.
