Is it possible to do some of these moves without Oil? Most of the time I get caught with chair massage it's a hurt co-worker. I have the access to the oil. It's usually the chair massage is inbetween a 10 min break and we have to stay "clean" if that makes sense.

Yes absolutely, you can give this massage without oil. Usually chair massage is geiven without oil but for teaching purposes, for this class, I used oil and cream.
