I think this is FACE's first and only 16-bit console release. All of the other games they made are for the NES or the arcade.

That's incorrect for a few reasons...firstly the PC Engine is an 8-bit console, and secondly FACE released many games for it, including Cross Wiber, Cyber Cross, Time Cruise II, Fushigi no Yume no Alice, Hany in the Sky, and Hany on the Land.
