@monkeydust100 same applies for getting gold medals, you choose advanced once you have completed all the regular missions, beware though it is a lot harder!

no problem, just go into multiplayer or single player, then press back or select, on the options choose private lobby,

then in the private lobby you can also choose it from the list on the left side of your screen. If you're doing it from singleplayer, you have to press start and scroll down to the multiplayer section first =)
