Those people inside are in on the trick, so are the others. The window is actually goes down a lot further behind the wall, and the people inside lift the glass up so that chris angel can slip through a cut out in the bottom part of the glass which you can't see from outside. Soon as he gets through they lower the glass back down so the slot is no longer visible. The OPEN sign is not a sticker, its a sign stuck to the frame to make it more convincing or otherwise it would also move up with glass

The way this trick work is that first of all, all those people are actors.. The "window" is very long actualy and the guy who goes inside the house with chris pulls the bottom of the window up wich contains a hole chris can pass through, after that he quickly chifts back the part of the "long window" that is solid glass and there you have it.. oh yeah, that "OPEN" sign is not a sticker, its just an thing stuck to the wall so you cant see rest of the window go up while being shifted! magic my ass
