  • very impressive!!! saw him in concert one time but I'd like to see him once again to hear the new songs he sings!

  • WOAH! He's quite an animal!

Great version, had never heard this one by Gary.

  • Great

  • He hits those notes really easy, well done gary

  • Can anybody please point me to a video link where Freddie is singing this song? thanks

  • @ddreamweaver ...? just type in queen - too much love will kill you

  • wow, you sound ALOT like freddie... I think even more than marc martel

  • He' s voice is so amazing. Freddie and Michael Jackson - the essential of music and art

  • so so so sad on this song :(.....cuz it's true -----> Too much love will kill you...i do believe that :(

  • Saw them when they came to Raleigh, North Carolina. Easily -the best- concert I have ever been to.

  • Holy shit. I seriously thought this was Freddie. Wtf. So much resemblance.....

  • Thx Gary for the live version of my favorite song. Wish you to get more attention.

  • Veramente notevole...

  • huhuhu.... pasaway...!!!

  • Amazing.. not Freddie.. but if you consider he is performing LIVE holly molly :o I wish I had the chance to watch this concert here in Brazil =/

  • Amazing I love that song. Hoping my brother has it

  • zajebisty glos i brzmienie szkoda ze go juz nie ma:( fajnie byloby go znowu posluchac na zywo...

  • Fantastic cover

  • amazing

  • hahahahaha really this freddie

  • holy god...u really lke freddie hahahahahaha great

  • This guy only has one move it seems... gets annoying very quickly watching him throwing his head back "every time"...

  • saw these guys last week, got some great videos of them, check out my favorites on my channel to see, they are just awesome!

  • I agree, this is a very good tribute band, and even though no one can reach Freddies voice, there are definatly some resemblance in the voice

  • This is pretty darn good!!!

  • Never got to see Queen live but I was able to check out this show last May. AMAZING! This song in particular was a high light. I hope they come back to the US next year.

  • hes voice like freddies..... nice!!!

  • Great, just great. Gary is a very fortunate fellow to have that amazing voice.

  • Non sarà Freddie, ma ha comunque una bellissima voce. Grande Gary!!!! :)

  • oh so this is not Mercury right?

  • wow genial como canta gary creo q es una rencarnacion de freddy

  • Wow...I've rarely been impressed w/ Queen Tributes (mainly guitar work & more so the vocal work)...this guy does the best Freddie from '86 on (from what I've heard)...& the dude from 'Queen For A Day' does the best late 70's early 80's Freddie. My hat is off to Gary for this performance. Spine-Tingling...

  • "Your headed for disaster cause you never read the signs"

  • .......ther's no words to discribe this!

  • If I wasn't watching this, just listening, I wouldv'e thought it was Freddie singing.

  • i wanna hear him singing Face It Alone!

maybe Queen can work with him to finish that song. that song is f'in gooooood!

  • @Tribbiani1982

From those pieces I've heard, Face It Alone is very tough song, but I think Gary can do it properly, maybe after some time working around it.

I agree, Roger+Brian must finish the fraking song and only if (!) actual Mr. Mercury not completed some vocal parts back in 1991 - let Gary complete it for Fred's sake. He is the huge fan too.

Man... Face It Alone is so sad and so beautiful...

  • wooow gary u am amazin m8 cant wait to see u

  • This guy is good fit for Queen but this guy must 100% change his dress & fashion style so that the curse of Freddie Mercury will be Less.

Remember Arnel Pineda he is experiencing now the curse of Steve Perry at least not in fashion but in vocal style.

  • Nobody compares to Freddie Mercury or Steve Perry. But at least Gary had the integrity to make a career as a tribute act.

  • Jesus tapdancing Christ!!

  • Comment removed

  • i KNOW brian has meet Gary..so maybe in the future :).

  • Thanks much for the information, happy to know that,I hope that will happen really.

  • @Piero1940

Not every single time on stage, but sometimes he's singing almost like he is channeling Freddie's spirit. I can't explain it - It's Magic!

  • it's AMAZING!!! 90% of Freddie's voice!!!

  • canta muy parecido a freddie pero quiere copiar mucho los pasosy hace que quede bastante mal ya que lo los de freddie eran natural

  • amazing Gary!!!wonderful-gives me chills!

  • I've got no words for this, just incredible!!!

  • Fantastic.

  • Queen actually never did this one live (and the recording released on 'Made In Heaven' album in 1995). Nobody of those impersonators (no matter in studio or on stage) also never comes even close to Freddie's vocal performance (from the recording).

And, oh God, Gary fucking did it (99%). And he's did it LIVE!! Huge respects to Mr. Mullen and his band.

  • @vbobkovsky Every time I discover the songs he covers, my only thought is "Whoa. He IS Freddie."

  • @vbobkovsky Not to be a wiseass or something, but this is Queen, without the great Freddie Mercury, but still Queen, and it's live:

    /watch?v=3uxKNm1kJR4&feature=relmfu

Although a huge part went away, the spirit of Queen never died on the november 24th 1991.

I've seen One Night of Queen with Gary Mullen in my hometown in Norway myself! He's unbelievably good!

  • @vbobkovsky yes but freddie couldnt do thiese things live...he had less control. Freddie MErcury this isnt but close to it it is VERY close...sorry but Freddie live had less control on his voice than garry mullen but thats because gary works on his voice to get it close to freddie

  • Géniale Gary !!

Vraiment bravo pour cette performance jamais joué par Queen en live !!

    God bless you Gary !

  • Wow, this is sooo amazing. First time ive heard Gary performed this. Thans to the taper for this catch! Nice use of the camera also, switching between the piano and Gary!

People, this is as close as it gets! Ive seen Gary live myself and i was blown away, almost as seeing Queen live in 86!

  • Thanks so much I recorded it myself and I'm still uploading a few more from this gig.

Keep an eye out for Crazy Little Thing Called Love cos Garry takes the camera off me and films the audience lol.

  • truely amazing

  • Wow amazingly close to Freddie on that "yeahhhh" he hits at 2:40!
