Anyone else think these guys look confused? Some senior Shotokan karateka say they regard Kato Sensei as a genius. Personally, having experienced his classes, I think he just makes things way to complicated. The Golden Rule is keep it simple, especially for us poor part timers. That's just my opinion of course.
