the costume looks great i just hate the fact its not a two piece helmet thats more fitting to your head... though i realize that would cost a bit more money. and the shoulders are a bit go large. still looks fantastic though.
@Myserieden: Oh no... This is indeed a two piece helmet. The helmet and the mask are separate. However this is indeed a bit big. even the Master Replicas version is a bit smaller. The MAsk is the same size of the MR but, the dome(helmet) is bigger in this case, which doesn't help since I'm only 5ft 9.
The shoulders are also too big as you say. But I've bought a new slightly smaller version as you can see in my other clips. I will be buying an even smaller one soon.
@southernmisfit : The actor who played Darth Vader in the First Trilogy was David Prowse who was 6Ft 6 at the time he played Vader. Then the actor who played Vader in the Second Trilogy (Eps. I to III) was merely 6ft, his name is Hayden Christensen and just like me, he had to have talons inside his boots and several other ways of making him look taller. But he was a shorter Vader.
I am 5ft 9 myself, so I'm slightly even smaller but as much smaller as it may seem on this vdeo. Just one inch less.
@SkInHoUnD: And how would you son of whore know that?... You and your fucking friends (who vote thumbs up for your comments), have just won a blockage from commenting on my videos and spam report. I can accept all kinds of comments on my videos but the moment you cross the line by vandalizing my channel that way, you will only be getting what you deserve.
@mikungfu hey look Darth Virgin tried to do a "your momma" thing.
Unfortunately it was about as successful as the awkward video of walking into the room, scratching my head like an idiot, feebly pushing shut the coreless door, pawing at the light switch with a gay limp wrist, looking at the light I just turned on with fucking amazement, walking across the room like I'm not really sure what I'm doing, then dressing up in a walmart grade power rangers suit.
@emeyesixx87: My good fellow Star Wars fan, allow me to address each point of your reply separately:
1. As a star wars fan, I expect references to useful tips... Not something I can do nothing about. What did you expect? That I would go like "Oh!.. He's right! I'm shorter than David Prowse... I had never noticed!..."
2. Ridiculous? Not really... Check my other videos: The costume has improved and will keep improving to adjust my height.
3. The Boots? You're right! I'm about to correct that.
Long reply: The 501st Legion is the world's greatest Star Wars costuming organization, by Guiness Book. It is also the only one recognized by Lucasfilms Ltd. The 501st Legion accpeted my application as a Darth Vader and I am now member SL-9151. Does this answer your question?
Yeah, sorry but you truly are a bit to small for it :)
Anyways, I really love the Vader Costume and I really wish to have it but the only things I find, which do not cost a billion, are made out of foam and they look rubbish.
@iRrawrrr : Saying "you are a bit too small for it, is like saying "you are a bit too small for Superman", just because Christopher Reeve was 1,93m. Anyone can dress up as Superman without being 1,93m so I guess the same goes for Vader. You only need to keep things in proportion... And unfortunately, when I shot this, some of my Vader Armor parts were a bit oversized for me. Things have been corrected in some aspects.
I deffinitly liket this video and I truly would love to have such a costume,
I would be glad if I would just find that jumpsuit so I could start with something I can not do for myself, because I can't afford the deluxe edition.
I can do the cape and the thing over the jumpsuit on my own but yeah, the other parts are hard to find.
For some weird reason I find this really amusing, when a normal looking(( no offense (: )) guy transforms into Darth Vader. And I am not even drunk! Thanks for making my day.
@SupparMaario : It is I who thanks you for your sincerity!.. In fact, I perfectly understand what you are saying, my friend. I know this can, and is meant to be, somewhat amusing and funny.
At least to you, I look normal, lol... Rare to hear that these days. :)
@master117gta : Oh... A little bit here and there. Specially on ebay. Give it a try and you'll find it. Don't go for the Supreme Edition... It's rubbish. Surch for the most expensive fiberglass stuff, from different manufacturers. Good luck!
@papi2k : Thanks a lot my friend!.. :) It's always rewarding to see some serious positive comments. Not that I let myself affect by internet trolling but, it's good to see people who are not motivated strictly by negativity in their web interactions! I hope you get your armor and join the 501st Legion or some other fans organization!
@mikungfu Haha hilarious that outfit is great looks really great without the helmet and the cape gives a badass sith lord feeling not that it wouldn't give it with the full armor on.

@theAtticus33 : In this old clip it used to be a Dick Smith voice changer but they don't do those anymore and it's not very good. Now I have a Vortex-2, which you can see in my other vader clips. Check them out. :)
@good6589 : No, I bought some regular boots and added these platforms. I couldn't add a high heel because they were flat heel... And I'd have to remove the whole sole, and cut the leather to adapt high heels. But it would have looked better. ;)
Hey man love the costume I anyway was wondering and I don't mean to be pushy or make I upset that I could purchase your ep3 darth vader costume because it's by birthday tomorrow and I was hoping on a good agreeable price, thanks
Amazing, very cool. The only thing that is not that perfect is the voice. Or maybe it is not that great cause it is on youtube here? Anyway very cool. Keep it real mate.
@THACHBUI97: All over ebay. Parts sold separately... Never in a whole package. Search for Vader Armor, Vader Costume, Vader Helmet, etc... And get ready to spend thousands of bucks.
@hamawowfan16: I've done that, but not at work. Only at shoppings and restaurants... In shoppings they make me take the mask off... It's not allowed to be there with your face covered.

@mikungfu i want to buy it. but they tell me its a 44 waist im 5foot6 1250 pounds with a 29 30 waist . i was thinking i cod fould the back over itself . what do you think ?
@highwaymantokyo: Thank you very much my friend. I still haven't visited Japan but I'll certainly tell you once I will. So far only singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China.
@TheFutureComingSoon: The 'toys r us' costs $3000 USD, and yes I'm not ashamed to display it on Youtube. With more than 135,000 views, the clip is a success. 694 comments (most positive), is also most rewarding.
Only people who dress up with these high quality costumes belong to the 501st Legion. We produce events for humanitary causes.
The world isn't laughing AT me. It's laughing WITH me at people like you who are too concerned about what others think, to even care about these causes.
@mikungfu Hey man how did you obtain this costume? Like with the light effects and the voice breathing and speech. I am a huge geek of Star Wars and always wanted a suit like this. Are they loads of money or can I build my own for cheaper? Thanks!
@sirchristian12 : I would forget about making it yourself. There are professionals out there specialized in doing so. This is highly specialized craftsmanship. Search ebay for Darth Vader Armor and select "price: higher first" this will take you to this kind of stuff. :)
An armor such as mine will cost you around $2000 minimum.
@TheFutureComingSoon If this man is a fool, what does that make you? At least he has a hobby, and, well, the mental capacity to formulate and type a well-worded response. I, for one, applaud him for taking part in this creativity, and empathize with his hobby. Armoring and costuming are pretty fun, am I right, Mikungfu?
@thx1103n: I don't have these shoulder armor anymore. I got a smaller one. I could get an even smaller one but I'm affraid the helmet would look too big then.
Other than that, the shoulders are not meant to be articulated. This is an Episode III ROTS version of the costume.
i like this helmet a lot! i don't know about the voice changer but the shape is perfect, i mean the eyes aren't too flat, the mouth part is not bulky at all, just perfect!!

E sei que a shoulder pads do mesmo fato, são um bocado más
Talvez consiga a mesma, embora nao saiba como fazer as modificações ^^

well done you drest up in toys r us costumes and posted it on you tube for the whole world to laugh at you
TheFutureComingSoon 1 year ago

Thanks!
sirchristian12 7 months ago
@sirchristian12 : I would forget about making it yourself. There are professionals out there specialized in doing so. This is highly specialized craftsmanship. Search ebay for Darth Vader Armor and select "price: higher first" this will take you to this kind of stuff. :)
An armor such as mine will cost you around $2000 minimum.
Good luck!

@mikungfu Im just saying this to be me and i do not intent to offend but... Hooray for Vader moon boots! (or Death star boots as the case may be)

@TheFutureComingSoon If this man is a fool, what does that make you? At least he has a hobby, and, well, the mental capacity to formulate and type a well-worded response. I, for one, applaud him for taking part in this creativity, and empathize with his hobby. Armoring and costuming are pretty fun, am I right, Mikungfu?

your shoulder pauldrons are way too bid and not articulated, this throws the whole suit out of proportion.
thx1103n 1 year ago
@thx1103n: I don't have these shoulder armor anymore. I got a smaller one. I could get an even smaller one but I'm affraid the helmet would look too big then.
Other than that, the shoulders are not meant to be articulated. This is an Episode III ROTS version of the costume.
