i feel sorry for all those people who never experienced lucid dreams. i used to sometimes have these as teenager but then as many lost the ability as adult and also had the ability to after being woken up for brief moment simply to return back in the same dream. i don't think it has any practical usefulness, but perhaps it opens one's mind to greater awareness of one's thoughts. there's a lot of misinformation about lucid dreaming, being called something supernatural or a myth.those i find funny

i had a dream where i woke up, got out of bed then 10 seconds later i woke up back in bed. so i proceeded to get out of bed again and poof i was back in bed. this continued for half an hour, just waking back up in bed nearly scarred me for life
i swear i had tried this before. i was with my brother and sister out side playing and my brother said some thing, and i responded "dude you know this is a dream right?". and then he said "Huh?!" then i woke up instantly, and started to LOL so hard. you gotta try it at least ones. I've tried to do it again, but still till this day i couldn't. :(

@MrKhody lol you aren't damaging anything by smoking weed, that's all myth. I smoke it myself, have been for almost a year, and absolutely NOTHING has changed in my life, I am as smart as I was before I was smoking, and my bodily functions are in no way compromised.

Lucid dreaming is great. But sometimes, it makes the whole thing fake. When you know what's going on and you're in control, it makes it predictable. I like the element of surprise in my dream, so I stopped doing it.
