Pretty steady shots for not using a tripod.The optical stabilizer on the GL2 is quite good.Bought mine in October 2006,love the GL2,amazing colour reproduction.

For the money I would have picked up the Panasonic HDC-HS300. At almost half the cost of GL2 and much better quality videos.

Nice. Hey, I heard that the GL2 is hard to connect to a PC. Do you find that so?

i cant help you on that man ive only ever used it with a mac. but if you ever have problems connectivity wise just keep unplugging everything and replugging it back in or shutting down the program ur using to import and it will eventually settle itself
