@dmdomah1998 i didnt have red apples i had alot of granny smith apples and they were sooooooooo gooooo!!!!! granny smith apples can be really tart though so if there tart you might want to add alittle sugar so it can balance the tartness but all in all i give it a thumbs up!!

Dear god... that looks brilliant! I reckon it would be highly palatable with vanilla custard. When I eventually make this, I will have to swap the orange zest with lemon (I am REALLY allergic to oranges and grapefruit), but I`m sure it will be just as good!
