@Anusdhka It's so hard to decide. Since each game is, in my mind, the perfect sequels to each other (Not too different, graphical changes, new music, new missions), I find that Blood Money was better.
I also felt a little shafted when I saw that Contracts featured a few missions from Codename: 47.
awww yea i remember this with the first mission sneaking through in a swat suit trying not to get detected and then after that it's on to my fav mission the meat king's party starring human jabba the hutt lol
Listen to the music in Top Shot season 3. The background music sound similar to Hit Man Music, it has the same themes and hooks to them. I wonder if Jesper Kyd had anything to do with it.
I was just watching tv and forgot i was waiting for the song to drop in and when it did, i immediately swung my head around thinking I was playing hitman.
forever. I still play it sometimes. I get adrenaline rush'd too when the beat kicks off... !!!!!!!!!! :DDDDDDDDD its the best song for hitman ever made !!!
I remember in Hitman 1 in the last mission when the SWAT storms, Dr. Ortmeyer's lab I was hiding in a closet LOL. They came in the room and I was shitting my pants but didn't look in the closet. All of them left except one. I piano wired him and then escaped without killing anyone else. By the time they found the dead guy I was escaping to the next level, and it all finished with them running down towards me as I was exiting the level. Pretty crazy!
lol, it this mission, your target are a police chief, an ambassador and his friend, a tenor singer I guess. but the ambassador and his friend are already dead when you got the mission
@katalinpkboss because maybe some off the missions take place before some off the events in contracts. After that mission in blood money you see 47 walk away and you see an officer take his gun. In the first cutscene off contracts you hear a gunshot and you see 47 is wounded. You hear him say: he recognised me, how could that happen. And after that, police surrounds the hotel and you have to escape.
@Yorpie Yeah Contracts is all flashbacks, and Blood Money's story spans across the entire series. Nobody ever seems to realize that.
After completing the Curtains Down assassination 47 is shot during his escape by Mark Parchezzi III (note the custom M1911, and him knowing who 47 is), and that's where Contracts starts. 47 then passes out and begins to have flashbacks of his past assignments until he finally wakes up, just in time to escape the swat teams storming his hotel. Simple stuff lol.
@l3awl3ag Yes, the flashbacks take place between 47 getting shot and him escaping out of the hotel, forgot to mention that. The Hitman games are very well connected, like the ending of the final mission from Hitman 1 is the beginning of the first mission in HItman contracts
Hunter and Hunted Mission is a part of the Ambassador & Tenor Singer mission, you run away from the chief that is trying to find out the 47 myth , but apparently the chief is alive and he is on the wheeler chair,
Contract is all about addition story lines to 1 & 2.
@Tamerwn Oh so it's the Paris chief of police that shoots 47? I always thought it was Mark Parchezzi III before, because of the gun, but I think you're right. He knew that 47 was supposed to kill him at the opera house along with Delahunt and D'Alvade, so that explains why he wasn't there.. And it explains why he would shoot 47, then go on to pursue him with a swat team after failing to kill him.
Thanks for clearing that up. It's been a while since I've played Contracts so I couldn't remember
@l3awl3ag yes the paris chief is part of the interpol that is pursuing 47 along with the american agent that tells the story of 47 in 4, remember in part 4, the wheeler chair police officer, he is american following 47 legacy, the ICA agency is keeping 47 to work under their interest, its not of clients that Diana mentions, and i think Ort-Meyer was part of their plan to overcome 47
and no problem, ICA is just an agency, cleaning the dirty work of CIA.
@Tamerwn Ortmeyer knew that 47 wasn't loyal. After the killing off of 47's fathers who Ortmeyer served with in the french foreign legion e.g lee hong, fuchs etc. which he sent the ica a contract for 47 to do for a test. Because he knew that they would want a refound after the long hard research with the cloning programe to make a super human eg an assassin mr 47. Ortmeyer decided to kill 47 by lowering him into his trap by making himself a target which ortmeyer had his new 48's to take on 47
@shughes375 exactly, he was working for his own sake, but when in part 2 decided to quit all sort of jobs, they were pulling him back, and that was Ort-Meyer's work..., to trap him and kill him...
@l3awl3ag do you have blood money? If you do at the end of the opera house mission at the end you will see a cop reloading his gun when he see's you. That is the chief of police he shoots you, and you will notice near every mission he cutsence hitman has a gun shot wound and in the last mission sends the swat after you.
@SolidSnake3131 Right the francise in blood money tought the chief of police in the last mission of contracts and the 2nd mission on blood money called curtains down were you see him reloading the gun at the of the mission ok. They told him that 47 would be at the opera house, he was and would kill him, delahut and the opera star i forget his name. Anyway he shoots 47 and calls the swat in saying that 47 got into a firefight with him and escaped badly hurt leaving the swat to clean up the rest!
@Torcik Yeah this was the mission I did the worst on. Still fun as hell this makes me want bust my old xbox and slide this game in and enjoy a blast form the past.
that's depends from what gun you use. With silverballler silenced you need 4 head shot (and 4 mouse clicks) to kill a swat member. with silverballer two handed, it's 4 shuts but 2 clicks. With a shotgun, there's need just 1 head shot, and with any rifle just 2 or 3 head shots (one long click)
I couldn't not play this level and imagine Leon (Jean Reno) and 47 bursting through the door and annihilating every cop in their way. Still one of my fav levels from the hitman series
wen i first played the game this soundtrack made me lose tis level, because I was sneeking around and "bam!" this song starsts, and I start to run around a shoot everything becaus it set a mood like that :D
Hitman Contracts is da best hitman game of all 4

So it goes like, 1,3,4,2
thats how i see it,
in 1: just know who he is
3: the flashbacks & the hauntin memories
4: more of the flashbacks sequel
2: 47 became peaceful but they want them back
