good job; my only two cents, keep your neck alingned with your spine, you tend to bend it backwards (may be you are looking at some timer or something in front), it will increase stress on your neck. May be move the timer below your nose so that you don't have to bend ur neck back like that
Resistance bands will do the trick! You can really do well and adjust the "weight resistance" for many workouts. I mainly used them my first round along with 1 set of 20 lb dumbbells.
On your 1 handed push-ups..some suggestions, if u don't already do this, i woould try it. 1 your feet are just a little past your shoulders. Try to get the a little farther out, but not too much otherwise it doesnt help you learn the push-up. Also, by using one arm your body isnt centered. Therefore, if you're a right handed push-up person, lean slightly to your right, and the opposite for left. I havent mastered the push-up either, but its coming to me fast. Hope it works..good luck
