@kerriluvsyouxoxo right click ur volume symbol at bottom right there, select sounds, then go to recording tab, right click in there n tick show disabled devices, if already then enable the Steroe Mix and make it the default device, now go to camstudio options there select record audio from speakers

camstudio is alright, but it lacks quality and if your are doing a voiced recoding then dont do it for more than 2 minuets or the video falls behind but there is an option to fix that so overall its not bad :)
