It does suck they (RARE) decided to make this game for 360 and not original xbox :( I EVEN Saw an xbox trailer on Grabbed By The Goulies.

I would have thought this game was so much better if it only came out on the original xbox. It would have actually seemed cool alongside the other games availible at the time on the console. But when I played it on 360 I thought it was one of the worst games ever.

Yeah well the game was essentially done by the time Rare decided to port it onto the Xbox 360. At 80% complete, you've pretty much got most of the content in place, but I think Rare added more trolls to create large battle scenes. Unfortunately they are so generic and blah looking that it really didn't have much of an impact on me to be honest. Other than that it is an enjoyable game.

I think even befor it was slated for gamecube it was already being developed for the 64.

I think this version looks better than the 360 in some ways because the 360 version looks like a stylistic nightmare. On this one the colours look okay and the style seems to suit the technology more.

Hey this is off topic but I wanted to talk to somebody about this. Well all the good Donkey Kong games where made by Rare (donkey kong countrey 1-3 and Donkey Kong 64) but Nintendo owns the character Donkey Kong right? so than why is Banjo Kazooie 3 moved to 360 and that Conker Live and Reloaded game was moved to Xbox. Does this mean that we could one day see a Donkey Kong game for 360. If not than why is it that nintendo doesnt just make another good Donkey Kong game without Rare

~It's the same game yeah, but the graphics were overhauled for the 360 version, I noticed a lot of textures and effects missing on this one. Esepcially on the Ice Levels.
