I have been using the 100 watt system for two years now. At 80 MPH+ with wind shield, I have no music distortion at all....Great product..... I paid under $80 at that time for mine Quite the bargain.
i have a older version on this same system but doesnt have a remote.the FM is very poor on it but i hook my zune up and play the FM though it and it cranks on my harley softail.
My question is the same as redneck500. How did you mount the bag to your windshield? You also say that you have in the amp and radio in the bag. Is it secure in the bag?
hey How exactly does the windshield bag mount to the windshield? I was thinking of getting that amp and putting it under the seat but that actually looks like a better thing..
This system in 100 watt is MORE then enough power. You get absolutely NO distortion at high levels.. I can hear my radio/MP3 player with full helet at 75-80 MPH with NO problem... This is so simple a hook up I asked my wife to do it since her hands were smaller then mine... piece of Cake. I give it a 25 out of 10....
i have a 200 watt amp and i changed the speakers to rockford fossgates for 65dollars and i can hear at 70 plus mph with no fairing or windshild and the ipod is way better then the mp3 players the ipod is louder & i ride a harley davidson with not stock pipes
I just saw this advertised through gooddeals. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best how is it as far as sound qualilty and fullness. Also, I have a ipod shuffle will it work with this system.
My stereo is the 100 watt system. They sell a 100 watt and a 250 I've never heard the 250. I think any mp3 player including the ipod shuffle will work with this system. The sound quality is good and I'm not sure what you mean by fullness, the system doesn't have much bass at high speeds as expected with any stereo on a bike.

Can you purchase a motorcycle with a sound system already installed to it....stock???
From a dealership?
Reason why I ask is because I plan on getting a 2009 kawasaki ninja 250r and it be nice too listen to blarring screamo music on the highway.

its not wise to get a 250 and take it on the highway because it will be in such high rpm cause its such a small bike

Good as long as you keep in under 80. But I've got V & H Straight Shots. With Stock pipes, the sky is the limit.
