Idk what you guys all hunt but in my book thats a nice buck. I do like to watch hunting shows now and again but those are all deer that are bread just for racks these are natural bucks. Oh and baiting isnt illegal in michigan as long as its within like 20 yards of the house.
You must be proud of yourself dude. I'm pretty sure there r plenty of people that have shot bucks bigger than that in their first year. Everyone gets lucky every now and then

oh im 13 and i passed bucks bigger than that up this year during hunting season this year my first deer was a 12pt 24in spread and 9 1/2in bases
