  • more angle on those would've lent to more vertical thrust, it seems a great deal of energy was spent in diagonal vectors in stead of vertical, so i wonder of all those motors, hoe much energy was spend canceling eachother's diagonal thrust out?

  • I guess getting to start burning at the same time is easier than getting them to STOP burning at the same time.

  • Wow, I didn't think it would work at the beginning. The more motors, the more chance of stuffing up.

  • LANDSHARKKKKK!!!

  • that thing got as crazy as a 9 assed monkey at the end there ! -cool

  • i want to make a rocket that i can fire off a balconey that will explode and fire airsoft pelets at in all that will hit ppl

  • Got just a little out of sorts, what?

  • I couldn't make out in the background that smartass conversation, but I think it went something like this:

    "Wasn't that made by Boing?"

    "You mean, Boeing?"

"No, it went up, and then went Boi - iing!"

  • great camera work mate

  • that was a sexy free fall

  • yeah, great design...looks like one of the engines delayed enough in ignition so that when it did start the rocket was already in flight ...probably what was responsible for that sudden trajectory change at :15

  • What the hell, Cluster launch much?

  • @iSOisoleucine Multiple engines going off at one time

  • @Halorocker101 Yeah I know, its just pretty intense. Quite. Worthy of being on Youtube.

  • nice, launch went well for the first half, congratulations. =]

  • what size engines did you use for each, probably no bigger than a G17-40 im guessing due to the weight. i have a hard time sometimes getting a 3 cluster of F23's off the ground !

    looked awesome though!!!!!

  • All EX H motors if I recall correctly

  • H!?!?!?!

that rocket is probably alot bigger than it look on the video though, i just thought of that

  • @VooDooRocketry was their a central motor?

  • cool

  • nice, me and my dad did this 3 years ago with 15 C6-5's

  • how strong are C6-5s cuz i have one but i havent fired it off yet

  • not very, but they will take a small rocket to ~1000 feet.

  • Good effort firing those engines :D really different that one. Flew well till the fins tore off... :D

  • I think i found the cause.

    The Fins Broke off.

  • OMG soo many casings

  • some one dont know when to say when thanks for that :)

  • overkill, how did he start them all at once?

  • ignitors are electrically operated...you just run current through all of them at the same time

  • What were the motors? It wasn't supposed to lawn dart like that was it?

  • No it was supposed to have a chute, but the motors exceeded the ability of the materials. It had 15 38mm EX motors....exactly what their designation was is unknown to me.

  • Destination: Awesome.

  • that was way cool...

    better luck next time!!
