Idiot, The switch on the back is used to reset the unit. You should leave it on. The power button is the orange button on top the unit. If you use the switch on the back, you will always be resetting the unit and have to calibrate the touchscreen every time.
If you were not a mouth-breathing troglodyte you would have read the instructions and learned that.
BTW Mio's are crap (and way too complex for you). Garmin is the best GPS... period.
