One was Tic Price who got caught up in a sex scandal with a U of M Student. He was replaced by Johnny Jones in 1998 or 9. Jones was interim coach and was not offered the job. The only other time Memphis was on Probation was in the 80's after Dana Kirk was indicted for tax fraud. There cash payments to Keith Lee.

Kentucky shouldn't count championships won before segregation ended. Also any wins by a coach with the infamous first name of Adolf should be vacated too for obvious reasons. Well they have not done as well as many people beleive they should but since there last championship in 1998 they have made it to the Elite 8 on 3 different occasions
1998-1999
