I believe his language skills are absolutely more than enough to impose his management attitudes to the world. I am sure many other people speaking a more fluent English or French or whatever, are not as succesful as he has been. I would stay more focussed on his management approach. Is it transparent? Honest ? Fair? I do not really know....
