What do u guys think about to winch it in situations like that, cause its to steep and the ground to slippery? Before i smash a 12000€ ATV, i would winch it...Visco lock or not
@Claudioman2009 The leg is for been able to jump from the ATV in case something happens, but also to be able to push your weight in front ... i guess ... not sure
@Claudioman2009 So you can get off the bike to prevent it from landing on your head when youre climbing steep slopes like this. one of your legs being on your rack doesnt really put to much of your weight to the back of the bike when youre sitting like that you can put alot of weight toward the front easily and compfortably, and youre taller that way, so if you start to go back , you can put more weight ont he front of the bike than youd be able to sitting down.
@Claudioman2009 exactly what that other dude said. You don't rest your weight on your foot, you rest it on your knee, which should be on the very front of the seat. It gives you more weight farther forwards on the bike than if you were standing on the pegs. Also, as he also said, it makes it far easier to bail out on
Why in the world do people put their leg back on the rack when trying to go up a a steep slope!?!? Thats what you do when you want to pull a wheelie on those big atvs!
if there's a chance you'll flip, thats what you are supposed to do, to get the fuck out of the way, quick, see how his other lage is good to go and catch himself
the wheel didn't lock there was too much weight on it to make it spin at that rpm so shut up we all know that can am is the best u can get and that why they are
Dang he took the too high ground on that second attemp plus the riding in the back didnt help the can -am renny 500's do pretty good in two feet mud but I avoid stuff like that to not void warranty "paranoid" I guess.
No, you haven't been driving off road. If the bike is going to flip back, you jump off the pegs to the side. I have flipped my 4wheeler a couple of times. By putting his foot on the back rack, his weight is behind the tire, helping the bike rotate back. Think about the center of gravity. I drive a modded 08 680cc Rincon thru some rough terrain, this is basic riding technique. Learn some.
get your fucking foot off the back rack. Does this person ever learn to ride? You have a way better chance of making that if your leaning foward on the pegs.
Well if he had keept his feet on the pegs he would have the atv landing on top of him... (something tells me you have not been rinding to much offroad).
wat are u talking about are u fucking stupid, i bet u dont even know that the system had nothing to do with this happening or how it works, so if u dont know wat ur talking about, shut the fuck up
You can go blow your goat. I know what I'm talking about. I've been riding atv's for 16 years, I think I know a thing or two. I almost bought a canned ham last year too. I bought a brute force instead because it has a REAL LOCKER not a limited slip that requires WHEEL SPIN to lock it.
Which part of " you can go blow your goat" don't you understand exactly? I tried to explain yo you why this guy flipped but iy contained too many big words for you to understand. So I deleted it.
He flipped over because he was standing on the back rack and got traction with the rear wheels while trying to climb a hill. I get it. I got it the first time I watched it. Just look at 10 seconds in though and tell me that the crisco lok is a good system. If youonly go in a straight line in the mud the crisco lok works well...if you get technical it sucks, the can am(bombardier) dealer even told me that they are a bit dangerous right out of the box with no seat time.
the point of the system is that u dont need to stop the atv and lock the front diff, it does it by itself if u look at the left wheel, it starts spinning almost instantly but he lets go of the gas, and the reason why they r dangerous is cause they have lots of power if not to much power i have the outy 400 and its unstoppable, and it works anyway u drive the atv, and if u would have ridin an outy ur opinion would be different, its made in Can where there r some of the nastiest trails ive seen
