Some have been recommending variations of technique for tummy tuck comfort. I have yet to see similar or adequate documentation of equivalent or superior comfort after surgery. This video is a pleasure to watch showing recovery of muscle function and description of someone healing after surgery. Recovery is so much easier with pain preempted.
