I knew a guy in college who is friends with the band...and they are from my area. I actually was in Sunday School with Jerry once and also saw them in concert. They are amazing. Get this...I had a garage tape from my friend of songs they hadn't released. I told Jerry at Sunday School that day that there was great stuff on that tape and that they should release it. Guess what was on "The best we could find" album the next year? I like to think they took my advice.
This is the first JT song I heard (same as most other people, I imagine), and I was immediately hooked from the opening chord on that Rickenbacker, and it only got better from there, where the other guitars come in, then the verse, into the chorus. Great stuff.
