I use FSRecorder and then play the flight back as traffic and fly in formation with the plane while recording from the VC view with no obstructions. It's a bit complicated.

quick question...i have the wilco 737-300/400/5000 just like you, how on earth do you get the cabin to show not using the virtual cockpit window? i have been having trouble trying to find that

I have it too. You need to enter the VC and then walk around. I think CTRL+BACKSPACE walks forwards, CTRL+ENTER is backwards, SHIFT+BACKSPACE is up, SHIFT+ENTER is down, CTRL+SHIFT is left, and CTRL+SHIFT is right. And then you can look around w/ ur mouse. These might not 100% correct, but they r close. Hope that helped =)
