  • Great recipe Jin! Did someone knows the name of the oil she is using?

  • @hk87 It's Udo's Oil

  • Good God I've just discovered raw milk is banned here in Scotland... what the hell?

  • Yes you can, buy organic milk and then use Natren Yoghurt Starter.

  • Can we make homemade yoghurt from pasteurised milk or is it still bad?

  • Dear Jini,

Thank you so much for your videos. I understand that you are from Canada, like me. Well, I am was not able yet to find any row milk here, very disappointing since i grow up on row milk and miss it. If you have any information on how or where I can find row milk i would greatly appreciate!!!

    sincerely

    Anna

  • @goneways to find a raw milk supplier in your area, go to realmilk [dot] com

  • @jinithompson Thank you , not a chance to find something here :(. You mention that yogurt would work too. All Yogurt I can get is also from pasteurized milk. So What do you mean?

  • @goneways Use Natren Yogurt Starter to make yoghurt from organic pasteurized milk - it's the next best thing to raw milk.

  • What do you think about David Klein's raw food colitis healing programme? I'm on it and I'm in remission (something the drugs didn't do).

  • @whitbyjet65 If you can tolerate raw veggies that's great! Many people cannot though and it increases diarrhea and bleeding. Whatever works is good!

  • @jinithompson I hate the way my doctors are so negative about natural healing. Did you face the same barrier? It's great inspiration to know you healed what is supposed to be a incurable disease.

  • Your comments on milk and pus are correct - for PASTEURIZED milk. This is one of the reasons they need to pasteurize it. It is unhealthy milk, from unhealthy cows. If you get your RAW milk (unpasteurized) from pasture-fed cows only, then they are healthy and free of infection. Raw milk is tested regularly for pathogens and very stringently controlled - far more stringent health requirements than pasteurized milk.

  • I have the same refrigerator!
