where did u get that stupid faillure rate?? i have and have 3 friends, 2 hav xbox too 1 has plastation3, our xboxes work fine (we all got them about 2 years now), but the ps3 broke after half a year (and YES he was carefull with ps3), then they REPAIRED his ps3 and it broke again after 4 months, after that he bought a NEW ps3 and that one has broken now (after about 6 months) again, it didnt broke completly, but it cant read all the games and movie... so, i would say the xbox is better quality
