if you want extra smoothness...after you flat iron it ...try wrappping it and tie it up with a silk wrap while getting dress and....comb it out the results are great...i do this all the time....b/c my hair is really thick also....just a tip...u did a great job

i usually wrap my hair at night and it helps it stay smooth! i put some hair serum on it to smoooth down flyaways before i wrap it. i use the lusters renutrients revita-shine polish! :)

To stop breakage use more proteint like aphogee protein treatment. Also get a silk scarf and pillow case. Also try braiding your hair in big plaits before you sleep it will curl it up but for those days when you want a different look that should help. But how is the sedu? Do you have the little black one with red plates? I use paul mitchell's ionic ceramic flat iron or andis ceramic. When I want wavy curly hair I braid my hair at night or spritz it with sea salt and water in the shower. HTH!
