Hey, thanks for uploading this. Great changes happened there. I've seen the place last Dec. 2009. I'll be back on Dec. 2012 to visit my families right there. I don't think the advantage of Newport City will not be taken fully until NAIA 3 is 100% operational.

@CleverCAB It's a fully integrated resort city, with or without NAIA 3 NPC can stand on it's own.

@BoxxerRose I agree, NPC can stand on its own. I probably should have said that NPC would get even more use when NAIA 3 is 100% operational due to its close proximity to the airport with more international travellers when or if other international carriers decide to move operations from NAIA 1 to NAIA 3.
