  • crap answer from Dominic Grieve. What a corrupt bunch.

  • thank heavens for John Hemming. I think he is the only honest MP in Westminster

  • Shame on Hemming for siding with Rupert Murdoch and the vicious, criminal, hacking, lying, tittle-tattle gossiping gutter press that have done so much harm to this country. Hemming of course has had more than his share of extra-marital sex, and hardly came out smelling of roses over expenses claims either..

  • dont you just wanna punch the speaker when he says order when someone whispers ? it reminds me of an old teacher :L

  • cool again-------------but we do it better

  • He's not breaking the super-injunction as he is an MP in the House of Commons and has the right to absolute freedom of speech without repercussion. Ie he van say anything he wants even if it's illegal to do so and nothing will happen to him. MPs often use this to slander each other within the House. Were they to do so outside the House then they could be charged with a crime.

  • Order is for the mid session Chinese takeaway.

  • order is the posh way of saying shut the fuck up.

  • Why is it that when someone new talks like 4 people stand up then sit back down :/

  • Fair play in my books.

  • Right to privacy?

  • @TrolleyPower What are you talking about?

  • Take that you cunt

  • Order

  • It wasn't Ryan giggs

  • Well done that man!

  • Cause he's not attention seeking or fame hunting or anything...

  • So every time someone pays 50k for a super injunction and an MP names them do they get there money back, BTW Good on him for doing it.

  • order ORDER OOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • @musiciankara I think it signals to the Speaker that you wish to say something.

  • IVE NEVER BEEN SO PROUD OF MY MP.

  • why some of them stand up and sits down for no reason? whts the purpose?thx

  • @musiciankara you stand up if you want to speak.

  • Am I the only one that was like.... Who the hell is that?

  • Ryan giggs did it. Can't imogen why.

  • @thejustcause2fan OH WOW THAT JOKE IS SO NEW. jesus christ.

  • Jesus, footballers have been going at it for years!

Andre Kanchelskis (can't remember how to spell it) was screwing Paul Ince's wife when they both played for United!

  • Why the fuck are our politicians discussing footballers aren't they supposed to be running the country

  • @van1296essa Are you really that thick?

  • Why the fuck are our politicians discussing the lives of footballers aren't they meant to be running the country

  • @van1296essa This isn't about footballers, it's about freedom of speech and whether we should potentially jeopardise that freedom to protect peoples right to privacy. It's the bigger picture that's important here.

  • Wow like no-one in the world has ever had affair before especially not a footballer cough*Terry*cough

  • horrah at last at the end of the day he should have kept his penis in his trousers !

  • @Corporatism I disagree.

In Baltimore, It is illegal to take a lion to the movies and in Oklahoma, it is illegal to have a sleeping donkey in your bathtub after 7pm. Here in the UK, I can freely bathe my donkey in the evening and catch an Orange 2for1 film with Aslan.

  • No, you can't take a lion to the movies in the UK. Hope this helps :)

  • Why can't people see this is a good thing? People shouldn't be able to cover up affairs if they have enough money. 'LiarPolitics'? Stfu.

  • Its in the house they're alowd to idiots

  • ORDER!

  • @perrywinkleable no britain is saying its people have the right to privacy

  • @jonathan1994ish1 Lol, privacy? He cheated on his wife you idiot. What about her?

  • @jonathan1994ish1 But it's denying freedom of speech? That's fair isn't it

  • ORDER

  • Hemming is a hero.

  • So basically britain is saying it is fine for people to cheat and be allowed to hide it! How lovely!!!

  • Injunction – the new fragrance for women by Imogen Thomas.

Indiscretion – the new fragrance for men by Ryan Giggs.

  • why do they stand up and sit back down?

  • @andrewcul I think MPs stand up when they agree with what he says.

  • @andrewcul obviosuly they are playing musical chairs

  • Good for him what makes it right for a over paid footballer to sleep with another person and then hide behind his money? Ryan giggs is a coward

  • Who cares we all knew it was ryan giggs fuck sake everyone in britain knows

  • @MCMgames Because it is against the law to break an injunction?

  • Oh man... I'm so disappointed...

Giggs will never be knighted then..

  • Fuck Hemming.

  • before this everyone in there already knows about it, in fact everyone knows about it except the average commoner on the street, so we dont have a right to know now

  • @a99999999999987:

Giggsy wont be playing, cus his wifes chpped his cock off !

  • If I shagged Imogen, I would tell EVERYONE !

In fact, if she's feeling a bit down, at the moment, and needs ashoulder to cry on, i wouldnt mind banging the shit out of her (if it makes her feel better).

And after (if she can still walk), she can tell whoever she wants !

    NOW THATS FREEDOM !!

  • Haha this parliament is funny. "Order" and all have to stand up for +1. Old skool shit.

  • Yes Mr. John Bercow.

  • In a democracy, I expect to talk about what I like, about who I like, with who I like. I fully support Mr. Hemming and all those who joined in preserving free speech.

  • WELL DONE THAT MAN!

  • Comment removed

  • what big news is being buried? is this a smokescreen? i have never heard of this giggs person or his 'lady friend'. the boy must be very niave giving his lawyers millions of pounds towards a lost cause. can a friend not say to to him is being taken to the cleaners? i smell a rat.

  • i still believe its that rat neville who had the affair not giggs.

  • this is a ridiculous law, just the idea that powerful individuals have the right to get these is a threat to both equality and reason.

  • @Montysreaper

Equality? You are clueless! This is about the press and the gold diggers having the right to profit from a man personal life. This was Giggs vs the golder digger/max clifford and Rupert Murdoch! The press are only angry cuz Imogen the gold digger could not sell her story! Stop being a dumb sheep and open your eyes. Was it not the same News of the world that was fond guilty of tapping phones? You support these leeches? People are daft!

  • from wiki: ...it was revealed that Hemming was the father of a child with his personal assistant, though he would stay with his wife and her three children. His wife Christine commented that she forgave him and is standing by him, as he has always been honest about his extramarital affairs, of which she said this was "about number 26". Hemming voted for himself for the NotW's 'Love Rat of the Year' competition. In 2010, his wife appeared in court charged with stealing his mistress's cat.

  • Can't believe people are having a go at John Hemming here - he did the right thing in exposing Giggs in a completely open way. These injunctions are the first step towards cutting out freedom of speech.

  • @0saintclark0 there is a big difference between freedom of speech and gossip, and this is gossip.

  • @TKManUTD1989 Ermmm no, they are one and the same. The whole point of freedom of speech is that you can talk about whatever the hell you like. I.E, if someone wants to talk about gossip, they are allowed to.

  • I bet if you dig into this mans life you'd find out he is some gay pervert!

  • or maybee its never serious when clarky does the raping ho ho ho

  • i hope it's not serious rape as clarky puts it...lol

  • @teewoods fucking lib dems spending more time on gossip instead of keeping their promises to students

  • @teewoods ...nothing to say about Giggs himself? Or just because he's a footballer does he escape criticism?

  • @0saintclark0 I dont have anything to say, what he did has no bearing on me or you! Is it your business what he does in private? No! So you and your Murdoch supporters can fuck off!!

  • @teewoods You have nothing to say, what he does in private is his own business...yes, absolutely. Yet you were more than happy to have a go at Imogen Thomas and John Hemming, even accusing the latter of being a "gay pervert" with absolutely no evidence to back up such a libellous claim.

  • yeh a right old kill joy... he should keep out ov it

  • spread the word and lets get this up to 200k hits

  • Comment removed

  • aint the speaker a right proper wanker

  • yeh either him or his mum.

  • i would like to hear a bbc reporter say ''super-in-spunk-tion'' that would be a laff

  • Super-in-spunk-tion in Imogen's case ho ho ho

  • The actual Court cost of of a Super Injunction is about

    £45 00 +V A T while the final cost is around £50,000.

and guess who gets the money? The same parasites

who sqeeze every penny they can from the public purse

and any other purse the can get their grubby hands on

a.k.a THE LAYERS. The UK Paraliment is full of them

If you want Parilement to make fair laws stop voting

for members of he Legal Proffession, no matter how

tenuous the comnnection, as MPs in the Commons.

  • @0:19 loool

  • what does this super injuction mean?

  • @lilbigbrow it means lawyers get a load of money and ryan giggs, gareth barry & mrs doyle from father ted can pretend nobody knows about what sick broken people they are

  • @DreadsideNubune did giggs rape her or does he not want ppl to find out?

  • @lilbigbrow it means that news outlets were prevented from reporting the story about the affair, and also it prevents them from even saying that the person in question has taken out this super injunction.

  • John Hemming for Prime Minister!!!

  • Wonder when Alex Ferguson will blame all this shit on the referee?

  • did anyone else think he meant to say that so he could be famous.... i respect him.

  • i guess the moral of this whole story is that it can take 20+ years for you to build a successful career like giggs's, but it only take a couple of weeks and one mistake with a tart for it to come crashing. will others learn from this event, i doubt it.

  • Giggsy is a legend, I simply cannot "Imogen" him playing for any other team (though his wife may have a different view)

  • Hold enough material wealth and cultural influence and it seems that, with little effort, you can bend the law and corale the judges into blatantly smothering the truth of your misdemeanours. A serious proposition; what if we eventually want Blair and Brown punished for their flagrant denial and incompetence in office; how heavy a set of injunctions would we face then, with Stazi-like police enforcement against any who speak their names in a bad light?

  • Of all people to have an affair with lol.

The funny thing is that last yr Imogen was on a BBC documentry before the world cup where she & other WAGS go to South Arfrica & do work in an orphanige. She had just split up with J Defoe. On the show she was crying saying she wanted to marry him & have his kids. So less than a yr later the papers report shes been with a married footballer 4 six months which means she got over Defoe very quick . I got no sympathy for either her or Giggs

  • #Gareth Barry #Ryan Giggs #Gareth Barry #Ryan Giggs

Post this on your Twitter's at least seven times or your mother will be caught-up in a spit-roasting scandal involving several members of the England football team, all of which intend to be granted super-injunction protection.

  • BBC have named him now as well. FUCK YOU GIGGS

  • Hemmings has parliamentary privilege and once he has said it it can be reported on by the press.

  • I think all mp's have a democratic responsibility to break all super injunctions as they are a disgusting example of the rich buying British justice while potentially imprisoning others!

  • THis law is a stupid law meant only for the rich to keep their massive failings from the public eye. The fact that they even

  • It is people like John Hemming who are willing to take the flack for freedom of the press that I genuinely look up to. The Attorney General is spineless, Bercow livid and Giggs is named by major news networks as the footballer in question. A good day's work for Hemming I believe.

The moment that Giggs started legal proceedings left right and center is when the matter fell into the category of 'publc interest' and the injunction should have been dropped.

The 'Streisand Effect' at its best.

  • Hemming has parliamentary privilege to bypass the injunction. The BBC cannot be held liable for live events, especially when they come from the House Of Commons. The YouTube user is not liable at all as he does not own this footage nor does the user break the superinjunction.

  • @InappropriateSurname what about if someone breaks a super injunction they don't even know exists? For example, nobody has told me about a superinjuction for Ryan Giggs or Gareth Barry so can I still go to jail for 1000 years? If so who should I email my address etc to so they can arrest me?

  • @InappropriateSurname MPs are protected by Parliament Privilege. The press have a legal right and are free to report on ALL debates in the House of Commons and Lords, ergo, once the print press (usually), or as in this video clip, a TV station has transmitted it, it's out there.

It's a very old law, no wonder the judges want to get rid of that law.

  • @liarpoliticians can you upload john presscott newnight interview ?

btw John bercow is an annoying twat and today he hit a new low the fucking nome

  • @liarpoliticians Why did you copy what someone already stated in a comment?

  • Paliamentarians upholding the rule of law? Yeah right and the easter bunny, farther christmas, snow white & the seven dwarfs and bigfoot all come to my house last night for tea..

  • John Hemmings can and I guess will continue to name names, he has parliamentary privilege to rely on so he will not face legal proceedings for doing so. Think his concern is the mockery that is being made of the justice system by the rich to hide their infidelities, when most quote the harm it would do their families, they never seem to think of it at the time they are conducting their affair. Blackmail is also thrown in which is a criminal offence get the evidence and bring criminal proceedings

  • John Bercow should stop being so upright.

  • RYAN GIGGS IS A SHEEP SHAGGING CUNT.

    MUNICH 58.

  • @stevoynwa Take YNWA out of your name for even thinking about mentioning Munich. You are as bad as those Manchester United fans who mock Hilsborough and call us Murderers. Anyone who even considers mocking either loss of human life, no matter what allegiance to clubs disgusts me.

Frankly, what a plane crash involving the Busby Babes in 1958 has to do with Ryan Giggs having sex with a Big Brother contestant is beyond me. Debate the legitimacy of Super Injunctions - Yes. Mention Munich - No.,

  • @stevoynwa fuck you, you fucking cunt, wtf has giggs's affair got to with munich 58? you are a pathetic excuse for a human being, grow up and get some sense.

  • @TKManUTD1989 Please do not use the c-word or I will report you.

  • @dogspawn ok(!)

  • @TKManUTD1989 Thanks. Does TK stand for Total Knob?

  • @dogspawn yes(!)

  • oops

  • Sorry - John Hemming merely stated a fact. Ryan Giggs is the name that's been thrown around on Twitter. At no point did he say "Ryan Giggs has taken out the injunction".

  • What RYAN GIGGS is the footballer ,OK! hands up who didnt know that ,Mrs Giggs, please put your hand down

  • @TheWelshie1 she was in on it as well, it was a 3 way

  • @DreadsideNubune Are you talking about the MPs now, or the footballer ,he he

  • 1 sheep shagger shagging another sheep shagger.

I was watching this & the bbc news channel cut this debate lol but you could watch it on the bbc parliament channel

  • @cheeckybutnice:

The BBC news do that, quite often.

  • Who´s Ryan Giggs?

  • BTW the other player is shite England midfielder Gareth Barry. Also, John Bercow you are a cunt.

  • @DreadsideNubune

    john bercow = ledgend

  • @MsJoshd10 he is an expenses cheating massive cunt

  • @dogspawn oh god mayabe i shouldnt have emailed my name and address to 10 downin street email and head of police i dont want to go to jail

  • @DreadsideNubune Also the rest of the MP's shouting "here", "here". Are cunt's aswell.

  • The 1 person Disliking this video is Ryan Giggs.

  • #exposed #FTW

  • Ryan Giggs! I would have never guessed :D

  • #LOL #exposed

  • John Bercow was very slow to react

hope u keep this vid up .

  • "it is our duty to uphold the rule of law"..why don't they do so then?...

  • @bigdav123456 Because they have no control over twitter/ the internet

  • U could be held liable for posting this video.

  • @cheeckybutnice how could he be held liable? he wasn't informed of the super injuction, so how would he know not to post this video

  • @DreadsideNubune

Im not totaly sure because I dont know the Law but im sure because this was a bbc owned broadcast he tech would be in breech of copyright. As we all know already the law can be changed at anytime to suit the Goverment. like ive said already the law is not my domain I was just making a general coment

  • @cheeckybutnice Yeah like editors of newspapers get told about the case and told not to name Ryan Giggs or Gareth Barry. They didn't inform us normal members of the public so how do we know we are not allowed to name Ryan Giggs and Gareth Barry? How could we be arrested when we don't even know there is a superinjuction for Ryan Giggs and Gareth Barry?

I think they should send a letter to everyone in England telling them about all super injunctions so that way we know not to talk about it.

  • @DreadsideNubune

I made a coment theres no neeed to keep replying. who cares if i was wrong or right . it was a coment. yes your right nobody knows if we the public are meant to name that person , The law is not based on wether you know something is wrong or right it is just the law & like the video we are currently watching the law can be changed at any time. .

  • @cheeckybutnice DUDE i am trying to find answers to see if i am going to jail forever for breaking a super injuction that i dont even know exists

  • @DreadsideNubune

I think the goverment have bigger problems than this so im sure ur safe. As for saying forever thats hardly likely. At least we all know Giggs likes to Dribble off the picth aswel

  • Ha ha, brilliant. What a lovely level headed response.

  • disgraceful, wtf has his affair got to do with you, hope giggs sues your ass you fucking cunt. thanks foe ruining our champions league run.

  • @TKManUTD1989 How has he ruined your champions league run? and also I say fair play to him, its not like everyone didnt know already!

  • @minch1991 i refer you to what happened to rooney this year after his affair was revealed and how it affected his world cup and half of his season. that's why i say this will ruin our champions league chance because giggs was a definite starter and after this cunt's little stunt he may not be 100% mentally for the final.

  • @TKManUTD1989 well perhaps he should have thought about this before he cheated on his wife and anyway everybody knows it was him he deserves everything he gets.

  • @jimmyjimjim4567 dude i'm all for him being punished for his indiscretions, but surely it should be done by his wife and not an mp or the public, because at the end of the day what goes on in his life has nothing to do with us.

  • @TKManUTD1989 actually it has a lot to do with the public, he is seen as a role model by thousands of children and also his stupidly high wages are payed for by the public i don't understand why its so hard to be faithful when you have everything you could ever want. Also if he had just admitted it and apologized tried to make it right then at least thats something, but no he tried to hide like a coward and thankfully it has spectacularly backfired

  • @jimmyjimjim4567 i do think him trying to sue twitter was a bit ridiculous, but still i personally don't give a fuck about who he shags as long as he keeps contributing to the team.

  • @TKManUTD1989 If we're talking about little cunts who shouldn't have pulled stunts, then surely we need look no further than Giggs himself. After all, if he hadn't cheated on his wife in the first place then none of this would have happened. Ditto with that troglodyte Rooney.

  • @1984ekul man i'm angry with giggs as much as any one could be because this guy was the last role model i had in english football, but at the same i recognise that what he gets up to has nothing to do with any of us. i just think it's wrong that newspapers and twitter would rather focus all their attention on this story instead reporting on the systematic rapes that take place in countries like the congo dr, or what's going on in libya or syria.

  • @TKManUTD1989 hey i look up to him as a footballer for his skill on that big green area in manchester, not for where he puts his john thomas like u

  • @TKManUTD1989 Yes, I'm also especially disappointed given Giggs' long-standing status as one of the great role models in British football. But you've got to remember that no-one forced him to become a footballer. He took up the profession by choice, and thus he chose to be in the public eye. I'm afraid that the super-injunction was his way of trying to have his cake and eat it too... and it's backfired horribly. If his wife has any self-respect, he'll be sleeping on the front lawn tonight.

  • @1984ekul i just think this is a sad state of affairs, maybe this will teach any other player who wants to cheat on their partners, but some how i doubt it will
