Don't quote me but it's supposed to be a cleansing treatment, I enjoyed the results as it defined my hair pattern but I only tried it a few times so can't really comment on the long term effects. I've heard some naturals say using it is a bad idea due to it's pH but I'm yet to do my own research into it.

I actually don't know if my hair quality was compromised because I can't remember how my hair used to "feel". The main reason I stopped colouring my hair was because I was becoming a slave to the colouring process in the same way I was a slave to the relaxer. Meaning that as soon as my roots appeared I ran to the store and let chemicals marinate on my hair and scalp every 6-8 weeks. So for me it was counter-productive to my "natural" journey plus it altered my hair texture.

@Sofrolushes When I finally decided to grow my hair out again in April 2010 I was lazy and didn't take any pictures....so I'll wait until I'm two years again in April 2012 and start documenting my hair growth again.

Cool.You looked great both relaxed and natural. Where did you get the creme of nature from??? I just reached my two year on 3 Dec. I also foolishly relaxed and immediately regretted it. Thank God this time is for real though. Year 3...here I come.
