Please, don't compare Kosmet with Catalonia, there is nothing to do. Catalonia would be kinda Slovenia in ex-Yugoslavia. Or rather Rebublika Srpska in BiH! It's the same, both are the economical and social motor of the state. Spain wants to confuse it; I was in Banja Luka, and could check serbs from Bosnia really understand our position: they also have to pay a state which don't protect or represent them. Best solution: independence, via referendum.
