You can do a video about the the grouchy older customer who's never been in a SBs in her life who's snarling, "I just want a REGULAR cup of FRIGGIN' COFFEE! Black! You know! Coffee! CUP! WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE BE SO FRIGGIN' DIFFICULT PEOPLE!"

    (five minutes later)

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT THIS COSTS FIVE FRIGGIN' DOLLARS?! It's just stupid COFFEE! IN A STUPID *CUP*!!"

  • That's adorable!

But you've got to do one with a 'customer' like me. One who's only been in a SBs once or twice and has no friggin' idea what to order. Make sure that there are 500 people in line behind them while the 'customer' asks a dozen stupid questions, say's "um" a lot...

.... and finally ends up ordering, "something chocolaty that's about this (holds hands up) big... and not too strong.... very chocolaty..."

  • THIS IS WHY I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN A STARBUCKS..I WOULD GO NUTS HEARING EVERY YUPPIE ORDER LIKE THIS...LET ME MAKE IT EASIER FOR ALL YOU STARBUCKS FANS...SMALL, MEDIUM, OR LARGE DUMASS! DUNKIN RULES

  • If someone pisses me off behind the counter, they're obviously too hyper and don't need the extra caffeine so I just decaf them.

  • Omg Ashley its me Ferny from Triangle. I was browsing on Starbucks Barista on youtube and I happen to came across this video. At first I didn't recognize you until the end. That face u made at the last part made me laugh hahahaha. It made me crack up big time!!!! I give this vid a 5 star!!! =D

  • Hhahahaha the face at the end.

  • that guy givin the order works at that starbucks haha

  • cock!

  • at the end the girl's look on her face says " I gotta pull up with this shhh8979 every morning!!!!!

    "

  • today i got a quad grande with 2% -_-, 1 equal, sugar free vanilla, foam and whip cream, and finally half caf and she was a bitch about it!

  • You sadly do get people asking for a certain temperature for their latte. . .

  • god, what happened to just drinking coffee?

  • She's gonna add an extra shot of "loogie". Don't mess with the people who make your food.

  • i saw this in a starbucks store ...it's real..and if you're a drip or a an americano coffee ordering kind of person and listening to the complicated order...hmmm...nevermind.. where's bon qui qui when you need her?

  • The rule at Starbucks is, the more complicated the order, the bigger the asshole.

This guy is as big an asshole as the Lincoln Tunnel.

  • I go to Starbucks usually every weekday morning, I treat the people who work there like that. They're funny, nice, and all very different. And the location I go to doesn't have to many of the obnoxious rich people coming to it, usually just crazy people, college kids studying, old ladies knitting, some quiet people glued to the screen of their laptop or phone. The loud, annoying, rich people, you know, the ones who know the least coffee, they still don't treat the employees like that.

  • @canascot02 I meant don't lol

  • OMG what da h.....

  • I'm so glad that people can recognize what we baristas go through EVERY. SINGLE. WORK DAY...it's hard as hell.

  • "Coffee, small, black"

That should be all you'd need to say to those coffee nazis to get your drink

  • You forgot....

And make my drink express im in a hurry!

  • Holi Hi Hello

  • so true

  • I hate when customers come into Starbucks acting like this too but thankfully I don't see it all that often. Starbucks isn't even more expensive from my experience. I can order a latte at Dunkin Donuts for the same price as I pay at Starbucks. I just happen to like Starbucks better overall. I like the way their drinks taste better and I like the style of the place. Leave the elitist/hipster attitude out of it and let me enjoy my drink.

  • @squezey1 Hipsters or college/ university kids aren't the ones who treat the employees like that. It's the obnoxious business people.

  • Stop complaining and do your job. You're lucky you have one in this economy and you look like losers who never finished school.

  • @FatherPatOphelia I work at Starbucks, I have 2 degrees. There aren't any jobs available right now, like you said, "You're lucky you have one in this economy". So look at it from our perspective, we should be making $20-30 an hour but instead make minimum wage busting our asses for douche bags and megalomaniacs.

  • @2HCvsUO $20-$30 an hour? Hah! You're an idiot if you think you're worth that much. With your credentials you're worth maybe $10 an hour if you're lucky. If you want more money, maybe you should become one of those live webcam whores like all the girls in Russia who aren't getting penetrated by 15 clients at a time in some Red Mafia brothel do... That, or you could give your manager at Starbucks a good blowjob every now and then. Times have changed. You're not worth that much. Get used to it.

  • @FatherPatOphelia You must be one of my douche bag asshole customers :)

  • @FatherPatOphelia I bet your mother never hugged you an daddy hugged you too much huh?

  • oh my gosh, you guys should see the stand up i did about what we found in our bathroom..

  • soooooooooooooooooooooo trrrrrrrrrrueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • starbucks created these kinds of people....

  • starbucks is a zionist fakery attracting so called professional jerk customers for the most part ,who behave completely different when they have to sue a Tim Hortons.

  • i want to jaw this person in front of me every time i go to starbucks and every time i say i want a vente mocha frappe i die a little inside

  • I wonder if the baristas hate me when after all of these special orders, all I want is a medium tea.

  • lol! it's so me! hahaha customer-minded, i could smile in front of them with all those stereotype of customers, but it was just my 30-seconds-mask while tendering the order! so me!

  • As a barista I highly even doubt all of the stuff he requested would fit into one cup. Guess he would be upset if we gave it to him in two cups right? Oh well. Shrugs*

  • that's my life in a nutshell

  • I just get a grande mocha frappacino.

  • Comment removed

  • This is a bit OCD.. Im suprised he didint ask for 10 icecubes and require her to count them one by one!

  • i had a guy come in and get his milk steamed to 190.

  • Heres ME at Starbucks: "can i get a large coffee?"

barista; "you mean a venti americana?"

ME: "THA FUCK?.....I JUST WANT A FUCKING COFFEE!!!!"

  • @mrtundra45 they were probably out of coffee and didn't feel like brewing you a batch, and a americano is espresso with water pretty much the same thing as coffee

  • @BlueWaffleMan9000 i know i just hate how they try and make their menu sound sophistocated with these latinized terms........ a regular coffe is fine i dont need a "venti americana regularaye".....lol

this is why i get coffe at winchels donuts

  • @mrtundra45 I can make my own regular coffee. I go to starbucks for the stuff I can't make... too bad they usually can't make it either. I actually had one employee refuse to make me a drink because he thought it was too weird.

  • @CrimsonKumiho you are the dumb ppl they are talking about

  • @babyg0323 ... your grammar says otherwise. I love how I'm people. So because one guy refused to make me a drink because he thought it was weird, I'm a douche? I even asked for the two drinks separate and he said "No, because you're gonna mix them"... Don't worry, you're part of a huge portion of youtube. The dumbass demographic.

  • @CrimsonKumiho you are the douche because you think you are so great that Starbucks needs to stop and become magical coffee chemists to create a drink you pulled out your ass and furthermore i am not in English class I'm on Youtube I could give a rats ass about my grammar.

  • @babyg0323 ONE PERSON refused to make me a drink. Stop putting words in my mouth you fucking lunatic. Said nothing about the starbucks franchise. I was merely stating one of my experiences. Also, is it magic to add coffee to my coffee? I ordered coffee and it was just warmed up creme. They're paid to do this You're a douche and a dumbass...not so fun being called names by someone who doesn't know you, is it? For all I know you're normally a nice person. Why go out of your way to insult me?

  • @babyg0323 Also. The drink existed. They just refused to make it. It was just adding a shot of espresso to something on the menu. You need help.

  • @CrimsonKumiho sorry it really was not right to assume you were an ignorant person without having known what i was talking about.

  • @mrtundra45 lol....I hate that too. Those overly elongated crazy names . Like a small coffee w milk is "a petitski cafinated lactossio" and a small ice coffee is a " miniscule frigidiato caffeeno"

  • do you ever wonder if more honestly would make the world a better place?

  • I can empathize, having been a server at a couple restaurants. I haven't been a barista, but people ordering food can be very much like these people ordering their coffee drinks. The difference is that servers depend on tips (and get paid the "tipped wage" which is less than minimum wage) and have to serve all the customers' little needs not even knowing if they will tip anything until after they've left. Sometimes I get stiffed and I can't do anything about it because they're gone. A-holes.

  • @austinm08 - this is a unique problem to America, I have to tell you. People in other countries rarely make special requests. They order from the menu - period.

  • Starbucks customers feel entitled because they are paying so much for coffee. Plus, they are usually career minded people are use to being in charge. Also, bad experiences carry over. If a customer doesn't receive good service, the next time they enter that store, they will angry, rude, and defensive.

  • @ame6603 thats exactly what I say to my wife all the time.....the reason why starbucks customers are so obnoxious is because when you pay five bucks for a cup a coffee people feel they have the right to be a prick

  • Comment removed

  • As a fellow Batista i say.. WHAT??????!!!!!

  • @XxshadowokamixX you are a batista? really? how much does that pay?

  • Comment removed

  • LOL So friggin true! Love it!

  • If this is the typical customer at starbucks . someone should really check into the suicide rate of starbucks employees. Because if i was subject to this kinda abuse then ftw

  • This is basically how it is...... no seriously. Thats half my SB customers in a day.

  • @Hyukluv3 Oh, Lord, you poor people! I thought tech support was bad! At least we could hang up on them!

  • @Hyukluv3 That is just so sad.

  • i would have pulled out a gun and shot him when he said "not a degree over!" and yes im packin' when i got to work, In case bitches want to get crazy. ima need therapy after i quit working for starbucks. I lost my sanity the first year there

  • haha people like that are the reason i quit!!!

  • Love this! Me and my coworkers from time to time have a contest to see who can came up with the hardest drink to make... You guys took it to a other level! Hahahah AWESOME !

  • OMG I HATE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!!!

  • customers from HELL!!!

  • The girls face at the end is great

  • @silverhawkflash... Would you tip your bartender? It's the same thing! Pay 4 bucks for a captain n coke and give the bartender a buck. Bartender/barista = drink maker... Same thing!

  • @stlouiecutie I was a bartender for years. People are happy to get alcohol and are happier the more they have. People needing coffee are not happy, but cranky and bitchy. I would much rather bar-tend. Your everyone's buddy until you cut a guy off. I worked at a Starbucks for 6 months...it was hell............

  • @spreadeagle311 damn i applied there and now im glad i didnt get hired hahahaha i would have gone postal on a customer cuz im from tha streets and we dont take shit from nobody lol jk but serious i probably would get fired for arguing with a customer who thinks they better then me just cuz they like to buy overpriced coffee

  • Lol half-soy and half-non fat. It's funny because I can't imagine mixing milk and soy would taste good.

  • @Sylliboy89 I work there and ppl do that ALL THE DAMN TIME lol. esp men because soy has estrogen and they shouldnt drink it all the time

  • no wonder why this buy from the starbucks rant went off

  • Gotta love those customers who insist on giving you a yatzi cup!

    Decaf

    Quad

    4hz 4raz 6m 6wm

    1/2soy 1/2 2%

affagato grande in a venti cup double stirred or blended

    Latte/cappichino

Does anyone realize that the only diffrence between a latte and cappichino is the amount of foam?

  • How a man is supposed to order coffee: "Yes, one small coffee, black. Thanks."

  • The frown at the end with that song playing....I hear that song...every day...at Starbucks...and that frown with the music just exemplified everything about working at Starbucks.

  • Lol. I was just as annoyed until the end. That frown got an lol outta me. ;D

  • I have never been a Barista, but I am a Server, and yes, the more complicated an order, the bigger the asshole. I've even had some asshole bring a raw onion in and tell me to have the kitchen use that for his meal.

  • ... "your hand better not touch the lid," is a person with a mental disorder. Training for the job must include dealing with such people. Don't say, "I think you need to go back on your meds," but rather, explain "the request is out of line," and leave it at that, serve the next customer. If they fuss don't say "I'll call the cops," say, "I'll call an ambulance." They'll be aware you are aware that their mental health problems are showing (like flying low) and leave; or you show them the door.

  • @vjglucky7 wow. That literally, made me laugh out loud. Soooo true!!! lol

  • @vjglucky7 I am curious to know if you have actually handled a customer the way you explained? Because I can't see anyone who would talk like that ie: "YOU BETTER not touch the lid" to leave quietly especially if you hit their problem right on the money. I would also tell you I actually witnessed this today (why i'm here) and the customer yelled at the register partner so loud and very vulgar that several customers (not regulars) felt the need to intervene.

  • @AttaGirl20 No, you're right. No one'd hire me to do job requiring so much energy & guts. Friend with mental problems she responds when it's pointed out, You aren't behaving normally, fix yourself up. Guy driving crazy, at a light husband said to him through open windows, You're driving is erratic. He had this crazy look, "Is it?" he was seriously asking, & he turned off, hopefully to pull himself together somehow. I'm SO old I would be intervening customer, shouting Get lost! Take your meds!

  • @vjglucky7 Don't need guts to work there and I don't think when someone applies that's even on their mind unless they're in a bad area. You do need ALOT of patience though, which takes so much energy you are absolutely drained by the end of your shift. Anyway, I really was curious if you had experienced something similar first hand, it seemed like you knew from experience. Also, there isn't anything about handling those situations in our hand book. You go to your superior, but by then it's over.

  • lol half non fat, what's the point

  • that counter looks exactly like the Starbucks one in my town!

  • Yes this is a parody. Yes it is SPOT ON. There should be an express line where all you want is brewed coffee (grande mild, tall bold, etc).

  • If this dude ordered all that sh*t in his coffee id hand him a black coffee and tell him to be a man and drink like one.

  • OMG, imagine this in real life... xD

  • Lol she was like umm I got half of that help

  • Respond to this video... Clearly it was a staged example about picky ass customers. Example being the operative word. Let me guess, you're in defense of all the good people who order drinks that require a masters degree in chemistry to create?

  • Comment removed

  • I love when people get super specific about the temperature......163 degrees! I had someone order one that was 185 deg. so burnt milk basically

  • You're not a cool coffee snob if you have a complicated order at Starbucks. Because you're at fucking starbucks. You're just an asshole. An asshole who doesn't know good coffee.

  • I GOT A COMPLICATED ORDER! ~Bon Qui Qui

  • The 165 degree thing always used to annoy me like nooooo other.

  • Hate snobs like this, once had a guy who order x-hot, no prob, made it x-hot. Three times later of remaking his drink cause it wasn't hot enough, I left it at the regular temperature. He said it was just fine after that. Damn I would have loved to spit in his latte.

  • DUNKIN DONUTS...FTW

  • If you want something that perfect, make it your self.

  • I think people do this kind of crap to make their meaningless lives feel more important. "I have no power, but I can ruin this barista's life."

  • I've seen this person everyday in different forms at SBUX. He/she comes in different forms and it is annoying to everyone. The person behind that ahole now has to wait extra long because the employees are running around trying to make coffee magic happen. Just order what is on the menu without modifications. Realize that when you do this, everyone around you HATES YOU!

  • I noticed one thing about Starbucks people, all thy do is bitch and moan about customers. Just remember these points. 1. You can quit. 2. Your selling expansive coffee, for the money at the very lest I want it my way. 3. You can quit again.

PS I am not a starbucks customer, just saying!!

  • @AnarchoHumanism So true. Not like its an amazing career choice or anything. Im sure their mothers are really proud that their son or daughters work at starbucks.

  • @AnarchoHumanism amen amen amen

  • a part of me WANTS to take a job at Starbucks just so I can tell one of those "customers" to go and kiss my ass when they try to foist an order like that on me.

  • Asshole Starbucks customers are why 49% of me wishes western society collapses so the strong percentage of us can go on hog-wild killing/pillaging sprees on spoiled, useless, entitled assholes who think they deserve to be treated like royalty.

  • If you are going to make a super complicated order that practically becomes a whole new menu item in itself, go home and make yourself.

I work at a vegan restaurant and I can't tell you how many customers want to make their own menu items and expect it every time they come in. Then get upset when we don't get it right every time.

  • This is also stereotypical vegan/healthy cafe customer.

  • Grande Caramel Frappucino. That's my most complicated order.

  • OH WELL THE COFFEE IS ABOUT $5 BUCKS SUCK IT UP SISTA!

  • at the most i'll get a poor - over.... Sometimes I go crazy, but it's only because the employees there see I'm pretty regular... I'm glad their nice. I use to be a nut case who got crazy drinks.. Decided its just better to get coffee (and WAAAY CHEAPER.)

Btw, TIP WELL . If you get a 6 dollar drink, they aren't getting any of that.. so tip the people making it... Geez.

  • @Amulius Why? They get paid a decent amount to make coffee. When did the world become about tipping everyone? I'm gonna leave a tip jar out on my desk at work.

  • @TheMysteryDriver Really? How much do you think we get paid? Because I get paid $9/hr. even though I have a Bachelor's Degree in business because there isn't any other kind of work available. You need to stop chasing ghosts and get back to reality.

  • @silverhawkflash I know how much you get paid, and that is above minimum wage. According to the FLSA you are not in a tipping profession. I’ve worked plenty of jobs for under $9 and they were a lot more labor intensive than making coffee and no one tipped my coworker or me. People don’t tip their bank teller, McDonald’s cashier/team, grocery clerk (even when they help you to your car, corporate policy is they don’t take tips so you have to shove it at them),...

  • @silverhawkflash ...or the cook that actually made your food. Those all make about the same hourly wage; so don’t go crying to me about your pay. I lived in Maryland, one of the highest taxed and most expensive states off of less than $9hr with a BA until I found a better job, and I didn’t feel like people needed to tip me for working closely with them on their personal computer problems.

  • I worked at starbucks for 3 months and then I had a bad, snapped on an asshole, and became magically unemployed. I liked the people I worked with and some of the regulars - but rich white women can fuck themselves.

  • Funny, as a regular customer who orders just regular coffee, those people who go through a 30 minute explanation of exactly how their coffee should be, also annoy the holy crap out of me . . . . . especially, if they are right ahead of me in line.

  • Ha ha. My drink? Tall Pike. That's why they're always so happy to see me.

  • those who have experienced this know that this isnt the end... no matter what you do, you've made it wrong

  • sounds so familiar!!!!! ugh.. we have a lady that will only let 2 people make her iced americano buuut it has to be 4 shots poured into a short cup with 4 equals and a little of half and half put in between shots then you have to shake it put the 2% in the bottom of the iced venti cup then slowly pour half the shots into the cup put extra ice in then the rest of the shots then a little more half and half

  • This was totally staged (and brave putting it on You Tube) but the reality is... these people are REAL.

I love the... "Your hand better not touch my lid" people. I once had a jerk who made me remake his drink 3 times because he insisted we kept touching his lid. (The third time we put on gloves, but he claimed he saw our hands touch the outside of the gloves and contaminate those too.)

  • @pghcraig i never actually said anything to a server about their hand touching my lid, however,i do not like it for obvious reasons...also i hate it when servers @ SUBWAY make multiple sandwiches with various meats in the same gloves and then they want to make my veggie sandwich with the same gloves...bottom line a lot of these servers are just spreading germs with no regard on a daily basis...and yes most days i make my own lunch.

  • @pghcraig must be OCD. if he did have OCD, then you just have to stretch your patience with them.

  • @pghcraig Hhahhaha I actually am at work right now(starbucks) and someone just asked for an "Iced venti WATER, with 3 pumps of caramel, 4 pumps vanilla , with 2 oz mocha drizzle inside the cup, EXACTLY 22 ice cubes, with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top" omfg .... i wanted to puke.

  • @AmandaAmburgey OMG! Are you kidding me! That sounds disgusting. No kidding.

  • @gcallantii So fucking gross, I really cant imagine what that person eats at home.

  • @AmandaAmburgey I bet that person probably thought they were getting something healthy by asking you for a water and then filling it with crap. lol How much did you charge them? - And I can just hear it. "Honey, I want a dish of ketchup covered peanuts with ice cream in a bowl of water and then ladled with Carmel and vanilla ice cream with a banana... etc by the time I get home from work."

  • @pghcraig & what these crazy people don't realize is that those lids don't magically appear. We have to put the lids out and so therefore we have already handled the lids. Plus, I'm pretty sure that the company that makes these lids aren't wearing gloves and masks!

  • @rellegirl100 Girl, I know it! 6 years of it. There is also the "your hand touched the rim of my cup people." With the frequency our hands are in sanitzier, washed, and rinsed.... our hands are much cleaner than theirs are.

  • @pghcraig Exactly. If you are that worried bring your own cup or even better make your own coffee lol

  • @pghcraig Wow!

  • The more complicated the order, the bigger the asshole.

  • @SatchmoSings the bigger the asshole, the easier it is to shit your starbucks out. all makes sense.

  • @SatchmoSings the more room to cram the order, my dear.

  • @nemesisurvivorleon I frankly don't understand the whole "Starbucks Experience."

First of all, I don't like coffee and/or milk-based soft-drinks (except for milk shakes) and 2ndly, I just need the caffeine jolt; it doesn't have to be a gourmet taste-treat.

I do, however, must admit to liking their simple, basic food and pastries but again, this business of all these fancy coffees is just beyond me.

  • @SatchmoSings I don't drink coffee, and I visit bakeries at grocery stores. A fake feeling of being fancy or higher-class is what I assumed the "experience" is.

  • story of my LIFE!!! can i get extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra caramel on my frap?

  • LOL her face! i work at starbucks, and her face is just the story of my life ahahahhahahaha T_T

  • sad... but true
